It's very near Westgate and right in front of One Trium bldg - Complimentary beverages was a thoughtful touch Cons: - Parking space is very small/tight Overall, highly recommended and would book this again if I need a place in Alabang.

Very nice place to stay. It’s a few miles away from different places like Alabang but plenty of options to get around. Grab taxi, jeepny.

The unit is good, and they have complete set of your needs for cooking. The pool is not crowded and very clean. Their pricing is very affordable as well.

The unit has very fast reliable wifi, big TV and an active Netflix account. The A/C units work great. The beds are comfortable, the shower has decent pressure. We found cooking a little challenging as it is a mini kitchen/area, but the photos show that. The air fryer was a nice bonus. We would have enjoyed having a microwave oven, but it is as advertised. Overall a great unit. the landlord may have found me high maintenance, but he always responded and we worked out what we needed to.

Beautiful, clean, and comfortable house within a quiet and peaceful community. The security to enter the community was also good, it makes you feel safe. Ms. Elena also made sure we are taken care of during our stay. There are ready water gallons that we can drink for free and there is no need to look for a laundry place cause there is a washing machine available that you can use. We had an excellent stay! We loved our stay in this lovely peaceful home! Great location, close to everything and close to airport. Looks exactly as pictured. And it’s exclusive village, super great and feel safe! The kitchen had everything we needed and we felt super relaxed. A little bit hot in the kitchen area and dining area when we start cooking. A great stay! The neighbors were nice and polite. The host was very quick to communicate and we had no issues.

Veronica's place is perfect – Highly Recommend! We all had an amazing experience - relaxing, clean, comfortable beds and complete with amenities. The host was incredibly welcoming and responsive. Tatay Abet also welcomes us warmly and always their when needed. We appreciate that the host even provided us with welcome gifts. There are coffe and complete toiletries where you will that you are home away from home. The location is also perfect. We will definitely go back! :)

our stay here was really comfortable and sulit! the house is very clean and everything was almost like new. the owner and ate nads were really accommodating and responsive even at nighy, they're always ready to help us whenever we had questions about the place. there's also a mini store beside them, which is really convenient for us. they reallt made sure we had a lovely stay. my friends and i would give this 10 stars if possible haha! thank you so much, and i really recommend this bnb. we will definitely come back soon!☺️❤️

We had a great stay at Sir Ruphert's house. The place was spacious, and each room had its own air condition, which helped ease the warm summer weather. The location was accessible and close to establishments and malls. You can also buy some goods at Nanay Ruth's sari-sari store. Overall, it was a pleasant stay 💚

A very tidy and lovely Airbnb apartment equipped with everything you need. A good bed and a nice bathroom. Chenne is a great host and there when you need her. We had a great stay

TOTALLY RECOMMEND! I am so glad I booked this as our last airbnb because it was so helpful to have Ate Girlie. She made our lives so much easier for our last few days in Philippines. She cleaned up, did our laundry (hang AND fold), helped with cooking. She was so kind and sweet that my in-laws immediately treated her like family. Place was spotless and exactly what we needed. Ate Girlie was available as early as 5am until we go to bed. She helped recommend massuers to also do massages at home. Ate Girlie was our best part of this airbnb. She had all knowledge so you didn't have to keep contacting the host as other airbnbs. I'd recommend staying here and I am definitely coming back. They also let us extend our check our as our flight was later in the day and we didn't need to leave early with our 13 luggages. The home was comfy had more to offer than expected. Highly recommend!

Bambie is a super host, she was there to guide me during my reservation. The hassle free checking in, even during the duration of our stay, she made sure that we are comfortable and enjoying our stay. The plus of her condo unit are the groceries ready to be purchased, and the free items for the guest to use and the other plus is the automatic washing machine. Both Leeyan and Angela are responsibe hosts and easy to deal with. Instructions were clear. The place is what we really need, very minimalist but have everything we need. There's honest store that has basic necessities that mostly forgotten when doing groceries ☺️. Kudos to you all!

I love that the place had everything you would need for a stay. It’s also near the skyway so easy to get in and out of Parañaque. My only complaint was the water heater was placed high up that I couldn’t adjust it. And the shampoo and bath gel were placed below it and won’t be easy to reach for shorter people. But overall, it’s a great place to stay and I would book here again.

We were looking for a place that we can cook, we had all the kitchen utensils and really enjoyed the home cooking. The balcony view was excellent. Louis came to greet us when we were leaving. Louis was very friendly we will definitely stay at his place again.
