Vacation rentals with a patio in Dasmariñas

I booked for my parents and they had a great time during their stay. Lots of amenities for tenants and the location is very convenient to the mall. Johanna was very responsive and considerate. She is easy to contact and she also checks on how her guests were doing or if there’s anything they needed. Overall they were pleased and would definitely stay again.

Sam's place is like my second home whenever I visit Manila and we often stay for 3 weeks or more. The place is quiet and private even the building is next to the road which makes it accessible and convenient be it taking public transport, taxi, grab or even just walking to the nearby SM Southmall, 7-11 & tons of food places all around. Sam's place is spacious, clean, and has all the basic amenities needed during our stay. I love that it even has a coffee maker! The hosts, Sam and Michelle were very responsive to our requests when we need something and their staffs were also polite and helpful. I highly recommend Sam's place.

An overnight stay exceeded our expectations. The area is peaceful and safe. The elevators are also reliable. Inside the unit, there'a a homey feel and nothing seems to be amiss. Freshly laundered towels were provided and some basic toiletries. Person on site to assist us has been accommodating and friendly. The appliances all worked well. Strong water pressure and reliable water heater sealed the deal. Overall, it's very well-maintained. It's price is also more affordable than other nearby places. Convenience stores are also walking distance. It deserved its 5-star rating indeed!

This is my second time at Carla’s place and just like before, it was a great stay! Place was clean and spacious as always. Instructions are clear and we have everything needed to have an enjoyable stay. We were able to rest and enjoy a bit of downtime while the kids enjoyed the pool a lot! Oh and the welcome gift too!! What tied this whole Airbnb together was the wonderful host! Very friendly and super helpful will anything that arose! The space was so cozy and clean. The amenities were excellent and helped add to the experience. All in all, I would 100% recommend this Airbnb.

The place was very elegant looking and we had a wonderful stay on this cozy place. Very accessible and very recommendable place to stay while you are on your EK Trip. Mylene was very responsive and helped us with all questions immediately. The home is very safe, within a gated community with a guard present at all times as well as gated property itself. The area is residential, but within a short drive or tricycle ride to plenty of grocery stores. The man selling Taho for breakfast walks by every morning! One thing to note; this is a traditional Filipino residence, it is not a western-standard home. The bedroom sizes are not large, but there are plenty of them & 3 of them are air-conditioned. There are 3 bathrooms (one en-suite upstairs, one hallway bath upstairs, and one full bath downstairs) and the two upstairs have hot-water heaters for the showers. While there is no hot-water in the kitchen, there is a water boiler machine (IYKYK) that keeps water hot all day, so you can rinse your dishes in boiling water if that's important to you. Overall, we enjoyed our stay at Mylene's place and are grateful for her hospitality.

Great place to stay in, plus the host is very considerate, approachable and helpful.

The place was exactly as described and perfect for a large group. It was nice to be able to fit two families in one roof. We played bingo and sang karaoke. The host also left us some wine and snacks which was a nice touch. We were able to cook breakfast the next day and the kitchen was fully stocked with cooking supplies and utensils. Would definitely stay here again.

We really enjoyed our stay in Jen's place. We loved every bit of our weekend stay, we had the great view of the mountains in the balcony, very clean space, and pet-friendly which a huge "plus" for us! Overall, we had enjoy our stay. The host is very responsive in all our queries and ensures their guests seamlessly check in. Also, the A/C is very cold 🥶 perfect for summer 😎 If there’s cons about our stay is that the heater is malfunctioned 😅 I can’t enjoy coffee every morning 😅
