Monthly Rentals in Dasmarinas City

We really had a great stay on this place. One thing I appreciate is the towels which we rarely find when we book an AirBNB. Place is extremely clean. My boyfriend and I enjoyed the PS4 and the card games. Just sad we weren’t able to use the pool pass because it was raining but we will surely be back again! Also, Kevin did not hesitate to assist us during the check in and even extended our check out.

We liked this place so much during our first stay that we decided to stay a second time. It would've been our third stay but our previous trip itinerary was too unstable. We have the place booked for another stay in the future. The property has a nice peaceful, homey feel. It's hard to believe that there's a bustling city that sees one million passersby, per day, just a few minutes out the door when we are sitting in the covered and enclosed side yard. We really enjoy having our morning coffee out there, enjoying the warm morning breeze, listening to the birds sing. We also enjoy our morning walks around the neighborhood. There are beautiful plants and trees throughout and friendly neighbors always returning a "good morning". The aircon cools the house quickly if it becomes too warm outside. Our host is very friendly and responsive to questions and our simple needs. We give 5 stars in all aspects. I hope this listing will be available for our future plans!

Sir Benjie and Ms Rose has been a great help in keeping privacy of their guests and making us feel at home. Sir Benjie has been communicative once you need something from the place. This place is highly recommended for those who needs a place to sleep in and has multiple appointments around their area. Place is cheap and very reasonable for the price and what you can get from the stay. Thanks so much Sir Benjie and family!
