Very nice place to stay. The view from the back yard is priceless and is very relaxing .She has everything there to make for a nice evening outside ,patio lights, firepit ,lite up dock and picnic table right on the water. Inside is very clean and cozy and is not lacking for anything that you might need .This is not a place that you want to make any excessive noise as there is another residence right above you.

Great location for our stay. Apartment was clean and spacious with most comfortable beds. Jin was easy to contact and responded to requests quickly. The lake was a bonus with dock for swimming and plenty of outside seating. We would definitely recommend for an enjoyable stay in Dartmouth!

Absolutely beautiful place-being able to see it in fresh snowfall was breathtaking. We were very comfortable and felt right at home. It was fully equipped and well-kept - the office space was perfect for me to do some work while there and so much light came in during sunny days. Host was very communicative and friendly and wanted to make sure we got in okay and if we needed anything to reach out. I would definitely stay here again!

We loved staying at Esther’s place. It was calm, tranquil, the setting was glorious and we had a wonderful time. We ate our breakfast watching seals playing in the water and ate our dinner watching epic sunsets. Esther was very helpful and there is plenty to do in the area. We would definitely recommend it.

Thank you for being such lovely hosts! We immediately felt right at home. The surroundings are beautiful, peaceful and quiet. It was a wonderful place to wake up to the snow. Thoughtful amenities, lots of space, comfortable places to eat, drink, read and watch Christmas movies. We didn't want to leave. So much generosity was extended to us due to the storm, and I look forward to returning! We very much were well taken care of.

This was the most amazing place. We spent a week here and Everything you needed or wanted was right in this place. The surroundings were peaceful, very inviting. Gillian checked in with us halfway through our stay to see if we needed anything. The beds were very comfy. The firepit is beautiful there was a fully stacked wood pile to use for the fire. There were lots of chairs all around to sit outside or out by the the dock. We would stay again in a heartbeat. Thank you Gillian and Scott for your hospitality.

Amazing amazing stay. The hosts are fabulous. They go above and beyond. The place is super clean and has everything a family with young kids would ever need. It was such a breath of fresh air, we felt right at home. Gillian’s daughter also offers babysitting and she is amazing with the kiddos. Best Airbnb we stayed in. THANK YOU!

Absolutely loved our 12 nights stay at this stunning Airbnb in Halifax! We came as a group of 10 for my brother’s wedding and the house was beyond perfect. The place is massive, clean, elegant, and super private—ideal for a big family gathering. The ground floor living area became our favorite hangout spot, giving us unforgettable family moments. With 5 spacious bedrooms and a driveway that easily fit over 10 cars, we never felt crowded even when we hosted a dinner with friends. The host was outstanding—very responsive and helpful. We had a minor issue with a shower, and they quickly sent over a video to guide us through, which was incredibly thoughtful. Also, when we reported a small accidental damage, the host graciously waived it. That kind of support is rare. Advice for future guests: If you're planning a trip with family or friends, this is hands-down the best place to stay in Halifax. Gorgeous views, amazing walking paths, and everything you need—restaurants, groceries nearby

Had an absolutely amazing time at this Airbnb! We were blown away by the stunning ocean views, and this beautiful home. The location was perfect; close to the city, but far enough to feel like we were on a get a way. The house was on a large private property; 2fire pits, a fire table, and hot tub situated right outside their sunroom, so we could still all talk and be in and out the house easily. Loved the living area, which had a beautiful fire place, ample seating and lots of cozy blankets. The house was impeccably clean, spaciously laid out, and well-equipped with everything we needed, be it towels, soaps/shampoo, the stocked kitchen with all the essentials, or washer and dryer. Our host was incredibly welcoming and responsive, and even left us a thoughtful birthday surprise. Overall, this Airbnb exceeded our expectations in every way possible. It was the perfect setting for a memorable girls weekend. We highly recommend this gem for a 5 star get away!

Honestly, this place is gorgeous! I could have sat by the water for hours. But my family had too much fun catching up and playing games inside. Everything was perfect - clean and exactly as described. I can’t wait to go back.

Alex and his house are amazing. I would give Alex 10 Stars out of 5 if I could. He was very accommodating and very responsive to us before, and during our stay. The house is well equipped throughout, including the kitchen to do everything you need. The view is out of this world and is like something from a movie. The rooms are spacious, the living areas are perfect to relax and look at the Atlantic Ocean whilst ships cruise past. Access to the beach was easy and the little peninsula has a fireplace that just completes the whole package. It is private and just what we needed. I highly recommend Alex and his spectacular house for anyone and everyone!
