We enjoyed our stay and Donna was a wonderful host. The location was perfect, not more than 10 minutes to Dartmouth Crossing and 15 minutes to downtown Halifax. The best part was the beautiful sunsets most evenings viewed from the deck right outside the unit, where we could watch the wildlife, including eagles and deer.

Staying with Colleen at her beautiful home on the lake was the highlight of our holiday in Canada. I would definitely recommend Colleen's place. Colleen was an amazing lady and a perfect host.

We came for the Hunter Moon and fell in love with the sunsets and walking on the beach. Lots of places to explore in the area.

A clean and quiet space to rest for the evening. This basement apartment is on a quiet, residential street, with little traffic. Simple, basic, furnishings, a very small bed for snoozing in the bedroom and a futon in the lr if needed. A quick uber downtown or to any of the restaurants in the North end.

This was an amazing stay! We really enjoyed our time at this location. The suite had a great modern cottage vibe. It’s cozy and comfortable. Although there was no range, they provided and hot plate and air fryer for convenience! That was great for us as we were there for a longer stay, we could prepare meals at home instead. The location was close to bus routes and sunny side mall. Also easy access to Dartmouth road or Bedford hiway! We thank Amit and his family for their wonderful hospitality!

This unit is spacious, clean, and well equipped. It is conveniently located along a bus route and next door to a restaurant that serves coffee, sandwiches, and hot food. The host is friendly and flexible. I would be happy to stay here again!

Quiet, clean, great location, very comfortable and well equipped. I have stayed multiple times. This is my favourite place to stay when I am in town. The host is very responsive and accommodating. Everything here is great - I will be back.

Kim’s place is a gem. Bright and sparkling clean, spacious and comfortable.

Cute spot not too far from the city, beautiful view of lake echo even in the winter, the hot tub kicked ass and never dropped below 100 degrees even with an hour+ use at -10 degree weather! Host was very accommodating with the poor weather as well!

Carrie was a great, friendly, helpful and very responsive host. The place was so clean and beautiful, we would definitely stay there again. only a short drive to downtown but out of the way enough to have some beautiful views of Chocolate lake.

We stayed at Stephanie’s Airbnb for a month to be near our daughter and her family following the birth of their second child. The accommodations were perfect for our purpose, and the location was less than 10 minutes to our daughter’s home, so it was also perfect. The neighbourhood was very quiet, and our hosts were respectful, accommodating and very responsive. The unit itself was clean and had everything we needed. This is the second time we've stayed at Lori and David's. It's a perfect little Halifax getaway. Great decor, private, well appointed. We hope to return the next time we're in Halifax.

Well kept suite in an easy to access location. We’re very happy with the space. Large bright windows for a lower level & no noticed sounds from residents above. Easy walk to coffee and pastries for breakfast! Would happily stay again and recommend.

I love this little pocket of peace in the busy city. My second stay at the Hideaway and this time I brought the whole family. We had the best time and loved watching movies on the projector screen. A beautiful place to call home when you need it!

My daughter and I wanted a place in Bedford close to relatives whom we were visiting. We were away all day, but had a pleasant place to come back to with comfortable beds, wifi, TV, keurig machine with pods and small fridge and microwave, perfect for our breakfast needs. The house was quiet, and when the smoke detector started periodically beeping on the second morning, Michel was prompt in changing the battery.
