Vacation rentals with a fireplace in Danville

We reserved Barri's place months ago, thanks to its proximity to my family and being dog friendly . It is even nicer than the photos. The backyard was fantastic for our dog. Quiet neighborhood, friendly too! Barri's description and instructions were clear and helpful. Plenty of towels, luggage racks, and more.Would definitely rent again.

We stayed here over Christmas and it was a great place for our family to spread out while visiting extended family for the holidays. The view from the living room is spectacular! All the furnishings are in great condition. Overall, a great trip.

Mary's house was a perfect home away from home for our family. Mary was very helpful and flexible to work with. The house has a lot of spaces - and provided a good base for our family of 5 - including work spaces for both me and my wife. The kitchen was also very well equipt with pots and pans, kitchen tools as well as spices and condiments. We'd definitely stay here again - or maybe use this house when we have visitors in town!

Had a great stay and Jennifer was very responsive. Loved that the kitchen actually had more than just dishes! Making it very easy for me to whip up a couple of homemade meals. The hottub was my selling point when picking this particular location and it was worth every penny! Very quiet and private location as well. Will certainly be staying here again for next year's work conference 💕💕

The house is beautiful. Shops within walking distance. Kimberly is a fantastic host. We enjoyed our stay. Our kids loved the home and said it was the best Airbnb.

we had a wonderful stay at this beautifully appointed home! Our 2 little pups loved the huge fenced in back yard. our dogs are little and most fenced in yards have spaces where small dogs can get out but this yard is perfectly secure. The home had everything we needed for a very comfortable stay. highly recommend

Feels like our home away from home. Comfortable, clean, and well stocked home with all the amenities. Responsive and friendly hosts! We would love to stay again (would be third time now) in the future. Thank you Greg and Lisa for a wonderful time with family for Christmas. The house was decorated so nicely for Christmas! We took photos by the tree with our 5 month old granddaughter too! We highly recommend this house for a nice get away. Lovely space with a large backyard great for barbecuing with the family.

Gayla was the perfect host! We were obsessed with this space! Shower water pressure was amazing! She had everything we needed and more. Do not hesitate on this one- quaint and vintage with some modern elements made it especially comfortable and cozy.

I don't have any complaints. I would stay again.

The mill was a perfect place for us. We love history and the setting was beautiful. For such an old structure we found it to be warm,cozy, beautiful and very comfortable. The floor to ceiling windows were wonderful. We enjoyed taking our E bikes out even at 43*! Very scenic and little to no traffic on the road. Such a gem! Many thanks to the hosts for creating a lovely getaway and sharing it with the rest of us!

Nice little studio in high point, close to the highway so convenient for getting around. This is a pet friendly studio but definitely recommend having a smaller pet as the place is pretty small. My 60lb lab was a little big I feel for the studio.

Great stay for two weeks, safe neighborhood, very clean apartment. Great place! Would definitely stay here again, great for a visiting medical student.

Although this is a basement apartment, it was spacious and light! I loved the art and all the decor. we are hurricane Helene refugees and used the single washer/dryer machine to do A LOT of laundry. (Use the 2.5 hour "quick wash" to both wash and dry your small loads.) It's a nice, upscale location walking distance to the shopping center with Target and Harris Teeter (less than a mile mostly residential walk).

This was my third stay at Stephen's. Was just for one night this time. He has lived there since the late 70's and knows the neighborhood and Durham well. Is a wealth of knowledge and history and recommendations. It is very very close to downtown and a short drive to many other places. The beds are super comfy, the furnishings and decorations are welcoming, comfy and colorful. It is not a full kitchen but has all you need if you don't need a full kitchen. No stairs to navigate. He always provides some tasty breakfast items and some beverages. You have off street covered parking and are greeted by two sweet felines. His back yard is an oasis. Beautiful even in the late winter and you are welcome to hang out there. He greets you when possible but doesn't invade your privacy. Is very responsive to questions. I keep going back for a reason. It's a welcoming vibe and great place to stay.
