There are beautiful tavernas in the area and the shop only a free minutes to walk has everything you need. The house offers everything you need and perfect to relax.

We are a family with a 4 years baby and our studio was perfect for us. Very clean and well furnished. We appreciated also the possibility of having dinner and breackfast at taverna Rina that we really suggest. Manolis let us feel at at home and we definitely would stay again if in Karpathos in the future.

Theo's house is delightful, original and very functional in its furnishings, with a super comfortable king size bed and everything you need to feel good: above all a terrace with a breathtaking view and a total privacy. The proximity to the airport brings more advantages than disadvantages, because it is very convenient for those arriving and departing and on the other hand the noise of the planes is not at all problematic as you might think. Theo is a very attentive and extremely kind host, ready to quickly respond to any question and to meet his guests for any need. There are beautiful beaches nearby, some of which can be reached just walking, and Pigadia with all its services is twenty minutes away, so reachable without problems even on a daily basis. We will definitely be back!

House in a very convenient location to walk to the beach in front. A supermarket a few minutes' walk from the house. Everything clean, appliances present. We had a very good time.
