Location location location!! This place has it, peaceful, quiet and surrounded by natural beauty, it’s the ultimate Scottish getaway. The minute you walk in the door it feels like home and you never want to leave it’s that nice. Cozy but extremely well appointed it feels comfortable with everything you need and nothing you don’t. This is what an Airbnb should feel like. Will definitely return again.

Lovely flat so easy for walking into Dumfries town centre. Everything you need in flat is supplied and it was lovely and warm which is what is needed at this time of year. Julia is a wonderful host. Visited Dumfries for New Year's Eve

Another fabulous stay at the Cheese House. Zan and Joe are the perfect hosts and the accommodation is lovely. We’ve been back many times and will keep coming back. Loads to see and do in the surrounding area and the peace and quiet at the Cheese House is a welcome break from the hustle and bustle of daily life. Can’t wait for our next visit :-)
