Monthly Rentals in Dagenham

Mike's house was our first accommodation when we migrated to this country and we stayed here for around 1.5 months. Truly blessed to have found this place at a time when the rental market is so brutal. Mike is one of the most caring and genuine hosts that we came across. Right from the time we made our booking enquiry to the time we checked out, Mike was quite responsive to our queries. He ensured that me and my wife had a great stay. The room in itself was good enough for a couple and we had unrestricted access to the living room/kitchen. It's a short ten-minute walk to the nearest station and there are quite a few shops around for your daily grocery needs. Safety hasn't been a concern either during the time we spent at this place. The host is also always reachable through phone in case of any concerns. All in all, would strongly recommend considering this place as an option if you are looking for a short or medium-term accommodation. Once again, thank you Mike!

It was an extremely pleasant stay, Vilma was immediately sociable, he also provided us with the kitchen if we needed anything. The room was clean and cozy, like the rest of the house and was interested in our days and activities. Really an exquisite and kind person. The area of the house is slightly far from the center but with all the means available it is really easy to move in any direction of the city. Really highly recommended.

Thank you Dionne for a great stay. Dionne’s place is conveniently located in the heart of the city, this place was perfect for my work trips with plenty of free street parking. Dionne’s communication was seamless, she was responsive and considerate, ensuring my stay was comfortable and safe. I felt safe and secure throughout my stay The room is cozy, charming and spacious. Decorated with cooling colours. Everything was perfect, I would love to stay here again and highly recommend Dionne’s place.

Femi was very responsive even though he wasn’t there in person. The apartment is conducive and I believe it’s a good value for the money.
