My friends and I enjoyed a lovely stay at Paul and Nancy's place. Nancy greeted us in person and helpfully explained about the facilities in the house. She also recommended some great local restaurants (do check out Omega 3 if you're in the area!). We were unsure how to use the air con for heating and Paul quickly came by and sorted it for us. Nancy kindly helped us to build a fire in the living room fireplace much to our delight. We felt right at home in their lovely poolside house, thank you both so much. :)

A great location exactly as described. The pool area is clean and has it's own bathroom. It's a short distance from the village centre in a quiet location. While it is walkable a car is essential. The kitchen was well appointed and clean. The view from the terrace is superb. We booked it for six people which meant that the upper floor was unavailable. I retrospect we should have booked the whole house as the view from these rooms must be spectacular!

We loved our stay! The villa was super clean, well furnished with quality and heart, and you can’t get enough of the view and the pool. Surrounded by olive trees and just a car ride away from the coast with some hidden beaches and nice restaurants, for us it was perfect. Evan is also very attentive and takes care that you have everything you need. We hope to come back in some time.

Everything was brilliant from check-in to check-out. The villa is exactly as described and perfect for a couple. Very private and peaceful location. The host left snacks, wine and coffee which were very nice. The pool was cleaned twice during our stay and our stay was incredibly peaceful. We got lucky with the weather however the location is a 30 minute walk from the nearest supermarket, which was okay for us but a hilly walk in the heat is something to bear in mind if not hiring a car.

We had a lovely stay at this simple place. The proximity to the beach and pool allowed us to cool off at any time. Provide a short journey to the different sites to visit: Nafplio, Mycenes, Corinth... The accommodation is a little out of the way.

We had an amazing stay at this Airbnb! The house was exactly as described - luxurious, and spacious. The owner was incredibly responsive and always available to assist with any questions or needs, making the experience even smoother. Highly recommend :)

the villa was absolutely stunning in all aspects, the owner was highly helpful and took care of every request we had although he was injured. we enjoyed our holidays in Zakhintos due to the comfort of Dionysis villa. we highly recommend!

The place is conveniently located, very quiet and a little away from the rest of the hustle and bustle in Ksamil. Perfect location and wonderful accommodation - we felt very comfortable. Limos is a very pleasant and friendly host who lovingly takes care of his guests. We were happy to be here and will be happy to come back.

Adriatik and Blerta are very nice and friendly. Their place was just like the photos, it was clean and inviting. I recommend it.

The host was completely understandable and friendly. The home was like in the photos, it's just an old building, despite the owner's significant efforts to upgrade it. In general, it was clean and tidy. There is a lot of difficulty finding someone to park in the neighborhood if it's by car. If he uses the means it is very ok in terms of location. All in all, it is a good suggestion in value for money if one wants to move solely with transport.

Perfect location, short walk to the port area and centrally located. The home was exactly like the pictures, lived well and our contact was very responsive when we had questions. Given the port/beach community, beach towels would have been nice to have available for guests. Highly recommend this place. Great value!

This was one of the nicest places we have ever stayed in. The place is at least as good as the photos show. We loved the pool and the outside kitchen with a baking oven run with fire wood to make pizza and bread. The area is very quiet and the view on the surrounding hills very relaxing. Also, John is an extremely friendly and helpful host. We highly recommend the place!

I recently had a delightful stay at this charming accommodation. The house was impeccably clean, making us feel right at home from the moment we arrived. Its proximity to the historic center was a major plus, allowing us to easily explore the beautiful surroundings. What truly made our experience special was the warm hospitality from Rita. Her welcoming nature lifted our spirits and made us feel like part of the family. The fresh cherry tomatoes and seasonal products she provided were absolutely delicious and added a lovely touch to our stay. We stayed for a week in the Periklis duplex that we never met ,but with whom it was easy to communicate with. We enjoyed the quiet location, a 20-minute walk from the port and convenient to radiate throughout the island. The apartment is spacious, with very uncluttered style upstairs, without too much charm, cozy on the ground floor, beautiful terrace not overlooked. Basic utensils in the kitchen very limited . Sparkling clean of the whole.

Franke place was located amazing in a olive garden with sea view. It was very calm and a place to relax at. We had our private Beach but also hiking paths around leads to other beaches. Had a wonderful stay and would love to come back when I have opportunitie. The place fits 6-7 people easily and all the details with the place was reliefing the city energy. Frank was helpfully and answered quick to all messages I send. Would reccomend warmly the place and Frank as host.

Lovely villa, 10 minute walk to the main strip Very fast responses and helpful host- met on arrival with water, wine and coffee. Towels were changed mid week. Very enjoyable:)
