Monthly Rentals in Cyncoed

I stayed here for 2 and a half weeks for work. As a couple the owners were both very proactive and caring. It was 5 mins from work so ideal for me. Had parking and all amenities and they even refreshed my towels. Really happy and comfortable stay

Coming from someone who actually grew up down the road, for any travellers, this is the place you want to be when in Cardiff. Kathryn's great little out-house at the bottom of the garden is big enough to live in. What isn't listed or pictured but also there is an electric hob and pans. That was a massive plus for me. Kathryn decorates in a labyrinth of comfy cushions, throws, design mags, cosy enough for the freezing winters, yet close enough to the lake to push you for a run! In fact, that's right on your doorstep. Private, quiet and value for money.

I really enjoyed my stay there. Felt right at home. Mr Akil is a real gem, he was very nice and decent as well Mr Allyn, they were very helpful and responsive. God bless their souls.

The Studio is in a great location, clean and tidy and very homely. The hosts left clear instructions and were flexible with check in when we arrived early! Overall a great experience
