Well. What can I say?? This is an idyllic place to get away from it all and relax. Paul was incredibly responsive with quick messaging, check in messages and local info. The Loft is fantastic. Beautifully rustic and finished to a high level. It has everything you might need (except maybe a whisk and slotted spoon…?), the bed is comfortable and the nights peaceful. Things to note: the ladder to the stairs really is steep, so take care to go up front-wards and come down back-wards! And there is limited standing room in the bedroom, so be careful if you’re crossing the room from the opposite side of the bed. The weather was not kind to us but we still enjoyed the sauna and hot tub. Both are set privately out of sight, which is great. Just be prepared for a few trecks up and down when getting the fire going to heat the tub water. When in, it really is lovely. Lights along the walkway and by the tub would really help. Overall we have had a wonderful time and would recommend!

Perfect little cottage for our short notice stay. Lovely garden space and very quiet which is what we were looking for. Short walk to a lovely pub/restaurant and a shop with all you need. Great base for trips into Newquay and Aberaeron .

I had a really great stay and Lin’s Place. So quiet and in such a beautiful place. The apartment is decorated in a really creative way and feels comfortable and cosy as well as artistic, which was perfect for my creative retreat. Lin and her son were really helpful hosts and made sure I had everything I needed. Would highly recommend.

My family and I stayed over Christmas and had the perfect week away. The cottage is tucked away at the bottom of a beautiful valley which was gorgeous even in Winter. We were delighted with how cosy the cottage was when we arrived - it was spotless, warm and decorated for Christmas. There were so many little touches that made us and our dog Teddy, feel very welcome. The cottage was very well equipped and had everything we needed. Amanda went above and beyond to give us all the information we needed and was on hand if we needed anything. We loved it exploring the meadow and Teddy especially enjoyed the river. We also had several lovely beach trips. Thanks Amanda for making us feel so welcome.
