We loved Felipe's apartment, very tidy and well maintained, it has a nice decor and has everything you need to have a good stay. Also, in real life it's better than what you see in the photos. The bathroom was very clean, had towels available, a hair dryer, as well as soap and shampoo. We also liked the balcony, well-equipped and with a nice view of the city. The neighborhood was very quiet and the building too, we didn't hear any annoying noise. Finally, I would like to highlight the good communication with Felipe, who was always available to quickly resolve any questions.
