It’s an excellent location where you can walk to countless great restaurants and bars. The place itself is pretty cool with a unique atmosphere since it was a chapel before. I’d definitely recommend Jack’s place if you want to explore Portland and have a hassle-free place to stay.

Super clean and cozy, and a short stroll to everything Freeport has to offer. Jennifer and Jay were excellent hosts.

I have no complaints about the space or my stay. Iwas very adequate for my purposes which were to be within 15 minutes of my family. It was quiet and I felt safe.

Everything was great! Roger was wicked responsive and had provided some print out recommendations which were super helpful and even museum passes! Place was located in a quiet back road about a 20 min walk to old port.

Loved this spot! Phoebe and George's place was incredible, it's right in the center of Old Port Portland and walkable to so many restaurants, shops, and coffee shops. The apartment looks just like photos too! It had everything I needed for my few weeks up in Portland (things for cooking, linens, toiletries, etc). I worked remotely while I was there and the wifi was great- never had a issue with it. I highly recommend Phoebe and George's place for anyone wanting to stay in Portland! I will definitely be staying here again next time I'm in Portland!

The accommodation is located in a quiet area and a short distance from the beach. I highly recommend this affordable place for a stay in Old Orchard Beach!

It was amazing! The house was perfect for our family, we have 3 kids and we all felt at home. Also very pet friendly! Allison was very nice and responsive and the neighborhood was very peaceful. I would recommend with no hesitation!!

We had a great stay in Tara's home. It is located in a quiet neighborhood and is close to our favorite towns- Ogunquit and Kennebunkport. We had plenty of room for the four of us. We loved the outside spaces and the open floor plan. Tara was very easy to communicate with and very responsive. The instructions for check in and check out were very clear. We hope to return in the future!

Actually rented both units A & B of this property for my wife's birthday to have some room for additional family (surprise). Unit A was awesome! 2 beds and a bath, BIG kitchen that had everything you would need, dog friendly with a fenced in yard which is always a plus, super comfortable living room/dining room combo that had plenty of room for everyone to gather, private courtyard (shared with unit B) with room for outdoor dining and a grill PLUS hot tub! I could go on but to summarize, it was perfect for our plans. The addition of unit B gave us the whole place and I couldn't be more pleased! Centrally located. Anywhere we wanted to explore, from Kennebunkport to Ogunquit and beyond, was never more than 20 - 30 minutes away. Even the neighbors were amazing (friendly)! 100% I would (and plan to) stay here again!

This was absolutely the perfect spot to spend a cozy New Year's visit. The views all around are breathtaking and the house is set far back from the road and very quiet. And the house was absolutely pristine. If you are like me and are picky about your bedding I can assure you that you won't be disappointed! The mattresses and pillows were super comfy and the sheets were lovely! You will rest so well! Also - if you have the opportunity, definitely visit Reid State park. It's about 25 minutes away and absolutely worth the trip.

Great spot with a lot of space you never feel like you are on top of each other. Gas station and restaurants within a 1 min drive. Grocery store 5 min drive.

Overall a great stay. Very clean, just the right size and quiet. The instructions were straightforward. It was a great staycation ☺️

This place was truly amazing. We are from Australia visiting Portland for the first time and it felt as if we had the best place in the whole city!! Great apartment, best location and incredible views. Would definitely recommend and be back if we go back to Portland again!

Gerry's place was perfect for our stay in Portland. My 3 adult children and I had plenty of room. The house is close to the Old Port, the highway and other Maine points of interest. We were close to our relatives' house for Thanksgiving! I would highly recommend Gerry's place!!

Great location to be able to walk to the shops and restaurants, art district, theatre, etc in town. Cute and cozy condo in a building with beautiful original character. My family and I stayed for Prelude 2024 - perfect location!! Was easily walkable to everywhere in town. The unit was clean, cozy, and had everything we needed. Highly recommend and would stay again!

This was a great spot for me and my family to celebrate the new year! The host was very responsive and helpful with the questions I had. The view was amazing and the unit was very clean and well stocked. The pool was great and we were able to swim before check in and after check out. Check in was super easy at the front desk, and the staff were very friendly and accommodating. We had a great time and will definitely be back!

A beautiful condo, just 20 minutes away from the heart of North Conway. Everything was in pristine condition and it is always amazing to have a kitchen at our fingertips. Beautiful views of the woods out back. Would definitely recommend to those coming to visit the North Conway, New Hampshire area and surroundings!!!!

We’ve stayed at Dave’s condo a couple of times now. Each time we have thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The place is in such a wonderful location in South Portland and Dave is very communicative and friendly with anything we may need. Definitely recommend a stay if you’re looking to check out the Portland area and enjoy some beach time while you’re at it!
