Charming home with great amenities and comfy bed. The host was very friendly, responsive and accommodating. We highly recommend and would stay here again!

This place was amazing! So clean and had every single thing we needed. And in such a great location, so close to everything, with easy and free street parking! The hosts were incredibly responsive and proactive with their communication, even reaching out in advance to give us a heads up that there might be a parking ban due to an unexpected snow storm. (which there wasn't!) I highly recommend this beautiful place if you are in the Portland area. It is just perfect!

Clean place, responsive host, and easy to get around the city. The listing is exactly as shown and on the top of the building - just to keep in mind. The kitchen was well stocked and the nook area for the couch is adjacent. Not tons of space outside of the bedrooms. it was a bit warmer when we were here and the bedrooms did get warm as the AC unit is only in the kitchen.

We had a wonderful stay over Christmas at Nate's place. It has an authentic and lived-in feeling (unlike some places with that sterile Ikea-Airbnb-kit feeling). It feels like a real home with warmth and character. The beds are comfortable, and there's an excellent couch for watching TV, reading, or lounging. The kitchen has everything you need. It's in a more residential part of Portland, but it's close to everything great in Portland. The location was excellent for us because we had a family member in nearby Mercy Hospital, just five minutes away. Nate's place provided a comfortable place to decompress. Nate was very responsive and just excellent. We'd stay here again in a heartbeat. Enjoy!

I highly recommend staying here if you are visiting Portland! The apartment was adorable, very clean and in a perfect location. Alex had an entire list of recommendations that we found very helpful! We will definitely be back!

Rachel is a superb host! She was very responsive to my questions. Her apartment was pristine and had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. The location was excellent. Beautiful surroundings and was close to lots of restaurants, grocery stores and many things to do within driving distance. Definitely recommend it!

We absolutely loved our stay at SoPo Cottage! It was the perfect spot for my husband and I during our winter visit to Maine. John and Sarah were wonderful hosts, and we loved seeing their adorable cat Ollie as well! The space is so lovely and cozy & fully equipped with everything you need. We made several meals at the cottage & also made the very easy drive to downtown Portland for a nice lunch & shopping. There’s also a fabulous coffee shop right around the corner within walking distance from SoPo Cottage called Second Rodeo - check it out if you have time! Amazing coffee & friendly baristas. Can’t wait to come back and visit soon!

Kelsey’s place was perfect for our family of four visiting Falmouth. Great location, clean, and cozy. Friendly and clear communication. Awesome all around.

Beautiful house! Lots of space and had everything you need for your visit. The community pool was great too. Very close to Portland and easy to get to other areas of Maine from the location. Jason was a great host and very responsive and helpful! Only minor complaint was mattresses upstairs were a little on the firm side but other than that the house was great!

Had a great long weekend with my best friend and my dog. We each had our bedroom and bathroom with an open kitchen and living space. Huge nicely fenced in yard, clean and comfortable home that was quiet and private. We had a snowstorm and the generator kicked in right away, snow was shoveled and plowed

This was a lovely place and stay. It was beautifully furnished, comfortable, with terrific design. We felt so at home, partly because there were supplies such as extra blankets, coffee, and tissues. Thank you so much, highly recommend!

Angela’s place is great! It’s very conveniently located by the highway, great restaurants, bars, breweries and shopping . The house itself is gorgeous and looks exactly like the photos. I really appreciated the care Angela puts into the place. It was very clean and nicely decorated. The fenced in back yard was perfect for our two pups. I highly recommend a stay at Angela’s!

This was absolutely the perfect spot to spend a cozy New Year's visit. The views all around are breathtaking and the house is set far back from the road and very quiet. And the house was absolutely pristine. If you are like me and are picky about your bedding I can assure you that you won't be disappointed! The mattresses and pillows were super comfy and the sheets were lovely! You will rest so well! Also - if you have the opportunity, definitely visit Reid State park. It's about 25 minutes away and absolutely worth the trip.

Clean, bright, beautifully appointed home. Host was thoughtful and easy to communicate with. This unit is in a quieter Portland neighborhood. There are a dozen great shops and restaurants within a few blocks, but it won't get loud at night the way some areas can. Bedrooms are on the third floor, and the soundproofing is excellent.

We stayed in various Bnb's over the two weeks we were in Portland and this was our absolute favorite. The neighborhood is fantastic, and within walking distance to some of our fav bars, restaurants and cafes. The space was cozy and designed well. Walking to the top of Munjoy hill to watch the sunset every night was the cherry on top. Wish we could live in this lil home!

I had been staying here for 2 weeks and extended for another week. Again, just a great stay with very communicative hosts.

We’ve stayed at Dave’s condo a couple of times now. Each time we have thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The place is in such a wonderful location in South Portland and Dave is very communicative and friendly with anything we may need. Definitely recommend a stay if you’re looking to check out the Portland area and enjoy some beach time while you’re at it!

Absolutely beautiful! Literally the best balcony with the best view. Massive condo is a plus.

We had a wonderful week with Brian's condo as a "home base" - we truly felt at home. It was chock full of small and big touches (toiletries/supplies! paper goods! plentiful sheets and towels! beach towels! to name a few) and surprises (generous snacks greeting us on arrival) that made us feel spoiled. The condo was a great size with an open kitchen/common area and large patio. We were familiar with the area but not Ocean Park Meadows, and were pleasantly surprised by the lovely property and amenities (especially the pool, pickleball, shuffleboard and cornhole) and how well maintained they were. The condo was a quick 2 block walk to the beach, made easy (even with alot of stuff and three kids) with the beach wagon available for our use. Brian was a perfect balance of being proactive, informative, and accommodating while letting us "do our thing". We loved how "our" beach was quiet and nestled between the more bustling OOB and OP areas; the neighborhood, too. We'll be back!

First time coming down to maine. Right in the center of everything. 10-20 minute drives (not bad). We ate at Pine Point Grille the first night and it was amazing. Second, we tried Dunstan’s Tap and Table. Had to wait 30 minutes, but was worth it. Great area, felt very homey. I would come back.

It was a perfect sunny weekend where we spent most of our weekend on Munjoy hill enjoying the restaurants and shops! We walked everywhere and enjoyed the peace and views at Jeffreys place. We were upset we could not extend our stay and take advantage of the late check out that Maggie offered! Easy in and out of the condo! One of our favorite stays in our favorite part of Portland!
