Monthly Rentals in Cumberland

Valerie's place was cute and cozy, and a great bargain for my short stay in Cumberland to see a concert there. Great use of space--I loved the little kitchen and the balcony overlooking the town. The bed was quite comfortable. Walkable to town, but since I went out at night and it was cold, I drove. Appreciated the binder of local information/restaurants and the snacks Valerie left for me! I didn't meet Valerie but she was quick to respond to my communications. Overall great stay and certainly a good value. I'd definitely consider staying there again.

What a gem of a find. Alicia was over the top exceptionally accommodating and helpful. Her place was exactly as described as well as being extremely convenient. This was a last minute booking and everything went very smooth and was the perfect stay. Thank you again Alicia.

Jamie was a great host and was very quick with communication. She gave us some great local suggestions. The location was excellent and we got along well without a car. Would recommend!

I enjoyed staying at Logans apt for a few reasons. One I wasn't in town and what I felt was private. Two it was homey feelings. 3 It was VERY CLEAN. however next time I will bring an extra towel or two. other than me being a picky person over towels I give it 5 stars and would stay again.
