Our 2nd time in this place. We love it because it is home for us and near to MOA and restos which is very convenient.

Our stay was flawless. The place was clean and looked exactly what was advertised in the listing. Nikka was also accommodating to our questions and requests and very responsive.

The host was very accomodating and the place was spotless and clean! Had a very fun and comfortable stay with friends, as we all enjoyed the entertaining activities included with the booking! Mostly had fun with the Ps4 hahaha but everything was worth the price🫶🏻

We stayed two weeks at Aziz’s place while visiting family in Manila. Aziz and his co-host Cris were super responsive, provided clear instructions and directions, and the place itself was fantastic. The condo is located in a gated, guarded and safe condo complex (this type of a set up is common in the Philippines). The guards were super friendly and helpful. Do not be intimidated by the surroundings (the street can sometimes appear rougher than what it actually is), you are only a short and inexpensive grab ride away from anywhere you want to go! And did I mention free parking?! Not only this, but the condo itself is immaculate, clean, spacious and has great amenities, including powerful air conditioning in both the principal bedroom, as well as the living/secondary bedroom, two comfort rooms (washrooms), a well equipped and stocked kitchen and a washer/dryer combo that does a fantastic job. I would recommend this place gladly!

I had an amazing experience staying at Vincent's place. He was incredibly accommodating, making sure I had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The location is fantastic, close to malls and easily accessible, which made it convenient for exploring the area. The place itself was spotless and well-maintained. I also enjoyed the added bonus of karaoke and card games. Thank you, Vincent, for such a wonderful stay! I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a great spot around Cainta. ❤️

This was our second stay at Joan's condo in Trees Residences. She is a very friendly and helpful host, who provides everything listed. She is fast to respond to any queries or if anything needs replacing in the unit. The condo is clean, cosy, has washing machine and all cable TV channels as well as netflix. conveniently located near the front of Trees Residences and near to the pool area. We'll definitely stay again.

Very accomodating. Switching from one unit to the other was hassle free since we needed a place to extend out stay at flair towers

The place was great and clean. Ms.Vanessa and Regine were both nice and responsive. We love that it was complete with kitchen and bathroom necessities. No need to bring toiletries and towels as they are provided. We will sure book again if we need to be in the same area.

Check in was so easy. The place is nicely decorated. Aircon in both the living room and bedroom making it so easy to find perfect temps in both. The bed was so comfortable you won't want to get out of it. The gym was nicely equipped to get a good workout in at any level of fitness your at. The grounds and pool area well kept and the staff and security very polite. You will have to search long and hard for anything nicer in that price range. Don't bother because this is a great place and value!

Definitely the best view for NYE! Fireworks display across BGC, Mandaluyong, and Makati!!! Rate for a normal overnight stay was a bit expensive at first but when you see the view of the fireworks this place has to offer, DEFINITELY WORTH THE PRICE! Definitely justified once you get to watch the fireworks left and right! Also a bonus that the hosts were very responsive and easy to transact with! Thank you again for being such lovely hosts!!

Absolutely Cozy & Inviting! We had a wonderful stay at this warm and light-filled retreat! From the moment we walked in, we felt right at home. The space was beautifully decorated, with soft lighting, cozy furnishings, and a welcoming atmosphere. The natural light streaming through the windows made our mornings so refreshing, and the ambiance was perfect for a relaxing getaway. Every little detail was thoughtfully arranged, making our stay comfortable and memorable. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a peaceful and cozy escape. We’ll definitely be back! Had a wonderful tour upon arrival of the place and the washing cage. Jacque was friendly and helpful in welcoming us. The guards at the entrance are super friendly too. The home is clean and fans / air con were great. Totally walkable to SM Fairview (great food and shops) Thank you kindly for having us, would happily stay again. Take Care!

The host and co-host is very responsive, welcoming and accommodating all throughout the process, before and after staying. All inquiries are answered and resolved. We arrived at the place/unit with warm welcome and didn’t expect to receive unexpected gift that we really appreciated. The unit is clean, fresh, and well-maintained literally what you see in the photos is what it is. Also, the unit is close to the pool, convenience store, coffee shop, etc. Just a minute walk from the establishment and the unit is complete from equipments and tools and necessities. We enjoyed our stay 100%. The host, co-host, and unit is very commendable!

Great place to stay: modern, comfortable and close access to pool. Christine is a wonderful host answering all my questions. It’s conveniently located to places to eat and a grocery store and check in/out is super easy. My mom and dad enjoyed their stay. Will definitely stay again :)

The place was very cozy and clean. It gives you a real homey vibe. There are a lot of nearby places to go to - restaurants, park and convenience stores. Additionally, the host is very responsive and helpful. I highly recommend this place and will definitely consider it again on our next trip.

It would've been better if there was a microwave available otherwise it was a good unit perfect for short stays. I would book again.

The place is cozy and conveniently located near Rockwell, making it a great choice for those who want easy access to nearby shops and restaurants. The environment is friendly and welcoming, which made my stay pleasant and comfortable. The host was very accommodating and kind, even agreeing to a sudden reschedule of my booking date, which I really appreciated. There were, however, a few minor issues: small cockroaches in the kitchen and the fridge takes some time to cool. Despite these, the overall experience was positive, and I would still recommend this place to my friends for its location, charm, and the host’s hospitality.

Love the place, the ambiance it gives is so peaceful. The place is so furnished and complete with what you may need. It is also great for group of people since it saves time to prepare because of two bathrooms. Recommended for a relaxing stay since it comes with a massage chair. Also, it is comfy to move around since the space is enough to accommodate 8 pax. The host is accommodating too with our inquiries and request. Recommendable place to stay. Thank you.
