The host was very accomodating and the place was spotless and clean! Had a very fun and comfortable stay with friends, as we all enjoyed the entertaining activities included with the booking! Mostly had fun with the Ps4 hahaha but everything was worth the price🫶🏻

We stayed two weeks at Aziz’s place while visiting family in Manila. Aziz and his co-host Cris were super responsive, provided clear instructions and directions, and the place itself was fantastic. The condo is located in a gated, guarded and safe condo complex (this type of a set up is common in the Philippines). The guards were super friendly and helpful. Do not be intimidated by the surroundings (the street can sometimes appear rougher than what it actually is), you are only a short and inexpensive grab ride away from anywhere you want to go! And did I mention free parking?! Not only this, but the condo itself is immaculate, clean, spacious and has great amenities, including powerful air conditioning in both the principal bedroom, as well as the living/secondary bedroom, two comfort rooms (washrooms), a well equipped and stocked kitchen and a washer/dryer combo that does a fantastic job. I would recommend this place gladly!

Gualberto is a responsive and accommodating host. He gave clear instructions regarding check-in which made the process a breeze. The unit is spotless and well-maintained. Amazing how simple and basic it looks like while being complete with all necessities. Basic kitchen equipment, towel, hairdryer and guest kits are given. Linens were well washed. Wifi connection is reliable. The shower booth was quite slow to drain but it was okay. Overall value for money is superb. Gualberto even kindly let me store my luggage for a while after checkout. Highly recommended!

Good Value for its location. The place is clean, aircon is cool and the kitchen is as described. Some small issues are the toilet plumbing and bed sheets/pillow case lint that stick to clothes. Overall good stay, good communication and will use again for value.

Mardee's place is just remarkable. I love the idea of the self check-in here. Spot on! They are easy to communicate with too. From the modern interior, view of the city and the appliances. it's everything we wanted for a relax staycation. Thank you again for letting us stay in your lovely unit!

Christine’s place is one of the best places to stay if you’re looking for a relaxing, vacation-like experience while still being conveniently close to all the amenities and establishments you might need. The highlight of the unit is undoubtedly the direct access to the pool from the balcony, making it easy to enjoy a refreshing swim anytime. I’ll definitely be booking her place again soon!

Donna and Phillip are so nice hosts! They accommodated my last-minute booking to celebrate me and my partner's birthday. I love the unit, the linens are clean, bathroom, and bedrooms are clean. The towels are fresh. I love that there's an ATM machine at the back of the front desk, so it's so convenient to withdraw money if you need cash. However, the convenience store is somehow not convenient, but it's not the Host's fault. I still gave a 5-star rating coz my experience with the place is so good and nice. I will definitely go back to this listing if I need a quick get away. Thank you so much to the hosts who's very responsive and accommodating. Thank you so much!

Very nice resort like condo. Very safe and secure. Pools are amazing. Condo property is well maintained and very clean. Pictures do not do this place justice. As a US citizen I felt very safe in and around the property. I walked by myself on several occasions. Mall across the street and a few restaurants near by.

The host was very accommodating and kind, even agreeing to a sudden reschedule of my booking date, which I really appreciated. There were, however, a few minor issues: small cockroaches in the kitchen and the fridge takes some time to cool. Despite these, the overall experience was positive, and I would still recommend this place to my friends for its location, charm, and the host’s hospitality.
