Grayson’s house was in a wonderful spot with great views! The amenities here were top notch! I would highly recommend looking into Grayson’s house if you are looking to stay around the Colorado Springs area! Grayson was very flexible with an early check in with us and had everything we needed for the long weekend! We will definitely be staying here again in the future!

Our stay was great. The folder with all the recommendations was very helpful, and the hot tub is one of the best I’ve tried!

Robert and Ingrid were very polite and thoughtful. This was my first experience and I feel like my future endeavors have big shoes to fill. The property was very accommodating and cozy. The views and location was perfect for our needs. We had some snow and Robert was quick to get the driveway shoveled for our safety. The kitchen stocked with essentials was a very nice touch. The hot tub was the cherry on top. So peaceful and relaxing. We hope to someday revisit!

What a wonderful place! Before we arrived Debbie got ahold of us asking when we might arrive. She asked because if we were arriving after dark they wanted to leave lights on for us, very considerate. Upon arrival Debbie greeted us and showed us how to use the hot tub, turning on and adjusting jets, adjusting the heat, opening and closing the cover. On the first night of our stay there was a power outage. They hooked up a generator and were able to restore power to the lights and tv. Before they were able to get the generator going they brought us flashlights and a small battery powered light we could hang on the wall. The place matched the pictures online perfectly, it was exactly what we expected. The only exception was the flowers weren’t blooming but it’s February 😁. The Airbnb was very clean and comfortable, the hosts were awesome, the hot tub was fantastic and we very highly recommend staying with Deane and Debbie. They went above and beyond to make us feel right at home!

One of the best places we’ve stayed. The host was extremely helpful and was willing to accommodate a bunch for stuff that could’ve easily been denied. If your looking to stay keep in mind it’s quite a ways into the mountains, we saw this as a huge plus because of how peaceful it was with there being literally zero disturbance from anything. As she states in the description it’s around 45-55 minutes to town so make sure you bring what you need the first time lol. Overall I would strongly recommend staying, between the amazing sights and the hosts being as accommodating as they were I don’t have a single negative thing to say about our stay.

We loved our stay here! The house and yard were perfect for us and our pups. It was quiet, comfortable, and in a great location. We were able to get to most of the places we wanted to see in Colorado Springs in less than 15 minutes. The hosts were also incredibly welcoming and accommodating. They were a pleasure to deal with from beginning to end. Overall, this was about as good of a stay as we have had on Airbnb.

We were in Colorado Springs for a wedding and we wanted a place near the venue. The location was perfect and the AirBnB felt like home. There were too many amenities to mention and the home was clean and comfortable. Our hosts went above what was expected and shoveled the snow off the driveway when the snowstorm hit. Also, my daughter and I appreciated the lighting in the bathroom for applying makeup. The thermostat worked great and we were warm and comfy at all times. I would recommend Laura and Mike's home for your next visit to the Springs. It is a home away from home!

We felt right at home the moment that we arrived. Julie's home was immaculate and extremely cozy. The mountain views are unbeatable and we even had some deer come through the yard the morning we checked out. Thank you so much for making your home accessible to visitors. Staying here was a real treat.

Love this place, our second stay here for New Years. Rebecca worked with me to get us in at the time we planned to be in the area and we love spending time there, absolutely love the wood stove it's the one thing I won't budge on when in the area so I'm very happy to have a great place to stay on top of that.

Cheryl and Dan were great host, they went out of their way helping us with a flat tire. Cheryl responded to all my questions and the location was exactly what we were looking for. I am very happy with the lodging for our week away from the city!!!

This was our second stay at this location and we love it! We lived in the area for a decade and this house makes us feel like we are home again. Easily walkable to some of our favorite places and a short drive to Manitou Springs or downtown. OCC is a quirky place full of charm and this place is perfect for us. We can’t wait until our next visit!

The property is located close to everything you want to do in Colorado Springs. It is a spacious home with all the things we needed for our Thanksgiving retreat. The fenced in yard was perfect for our pup Winry and the view of Pikes Peak from the kitchen and balcony were icing in the cake! The neighborhood is nice and we enjoyed morning and evening walks with our dog. The place was a peaceful, cozy abode to rest after venting out in to town! Rick was an amazing host he gave us a tour of the property to make sure we knew where everything was and how to use it. He was very reasponsive! A+++ great stay in one of our favorite places to visit!!

Tommy and Terry’s place was the perfect getaway for our yearly family trip to Colorado. It had plenty of space for us to spread out yet several places for us to hang out together too! Plus the kitchen has everything we needed to make a meal or bake some cookies! The couch in the living room was broken when we arrived which they did try and have fixed but were unable. We made it work though. It was very clean and plenty of hot water! The amenities in the downstairs primary suite were awesome! Would definitely stay here again!

Paige was a great host and very responsive. This was my first time using the platform and she made everything go very smoothly. I would recommend her property to anyone.

The host was always quick to respond and very kind. We loved staying at this location, it was the perfect distance from everything -restaurants, grocery stores, the Cheyenne Mountain Zoo, the YMCA that has a lazy river and wave pool, and even a little outdoor playground just a few blocks away. We also felt very safe in the neighborhood the AirBnB is located. This AirBnB was perfect for our little family of 4 and with two toddlers under 6, it was actually pretty childproof (which is always a concern of mine when booking). Plenty of space for the kids to play with just the right amount of cozy so you still get that quality time together. If we ever go back to Colorado, we would absolutely choose to stay here again for all the reasons above!

Hands down cleanest Air BnB I have ever stayed in and I have stayed in many. Not to mention, they have thought of everything and what you’re getting for the price is phenomenal. It’s a little further from downtown than I would have liked but wow, so worth it for the beautiful space. Love the outdoor area complete with fire pit.

We felt thoroughly at home in Lynette's house. It was very comfortable and spacious. Lynette was lightning fast when we had a question, making us feel well taken care of. We would recommend Lynette and her house to anyone looking for a stress-free stay in Co Springs. :-)

First, let me be clear. We had to cancel the reservation, so the review is really only based on communication with Fran and how the reservation was handled. I gave 5 stars to all other items which should really be N/As, but I don't want to hurt Fran's rating otherwise. We were rescheduled to an evening flight to Colorado Springs yesterday due to weather. I contacted Fran about our late arrival. He responds almost immediately, assuring me that he will be available should we need any assistance. Later, we learned that our evening flight was canceled again, and we had to cancel the trip. After canceling Airbnb reservation, I asked Fran if he could waive the cleaning fee. He encouraged me to contact through Airbnb as they handle processing. All this time, Fran was responding almost immediately even out to 10pm. This morning, I woke up to the surprise that Fran refunded half of my 2-night reservation, and another voucher for future stay! I really appreciate his kindness and understanding!

This was a great place for our family to stay a few nights while visiting friends in the area. The hosts were super communicative and thoughtful with the space and little details. We would definitely stay here again if we are in town!
