Over all we had a great stay at Stuart’s place. We had plenty of space in the house to accommodate our party. Our favorite part was definitely the outdoors, the water front was perfect for my kids to go fishing in the morning and evenings. The little beach down the road was also great, too bad the weather was chilly and we didn’t get a chance to enjoy. The only issue we had was that the house was not ready at check in, we were told by the cleaning staff that the previous guest had left late there for we had to wait until she was done to get in the house, about 35 minutes late.

My group of 8 had a wonderful stay for Christmas. The house was even better than the photos can convey, and there were loads of thoughtful, welcoming touches throughout, including a beautifully decorated Christmas tree! Didn’t want for a thing, plenty of space, and the host communicated perfectly. Highly recommend.

8 of us stayed at Greg's place for the NYE holiday and had an absolute blast. What a beautiful home in a fantastic location. We would absolutely consider staying at one of their properties again.

Stayed here with multiple families for a wedding close by and it was perfect for what we needed. Nina was extremely responsive and helpful. Some other reviews mentioned the road was busy and tricky to get out of the driveway but we did not have issues- plenty of space in the back to park and/or turn around and drive right out. The house is only a 10 minute drive to the Nashville zoo, which was convenient. Easy drive to the airport. Overall would definitely stay here again with another big group. Thank you!

I want to start by saying, a HUGE thank you to Jim and Mary! Jim greeted us in person when we arrived. We had an amazing stay in their wonderful home, waking up to a beautiful view of the lake. They have a private swimming pool but we didn’t get to use it, it would be perfect for summertime. Their kitchen has some supplies you can use, the rooms are spacious and clean, they also have clean towels in the closet. One of the highlights of our stay is Jim’s delicious pecan pie that he personally baked for us! We appreciate their thoughtfulness and for making me and my family feel welcome. They are very responsive whenever we needed help or have questions, also pet friendly, we were able to bring our family furbaby with us. Absolutely we’re willing to stay again in this lovely home.

I stayed here for a short two-day trip with friends, and it was absolutely fantastic! The design was sleek, modern, and thoughtfully curated, creating a stylish yet comfortable atmosphere. It’s clear that a lot of attention went into the details, from the amenities to the overall aesthetic. There was plenty of seating, lots of entertainment options, and an impressively large TV. The house itself was spotless, spacious, and equipped with everything we needed to relax and make the most of our stay. The location was ideal—conveniently close to Broadway and the convention centers while still offering a peaceful retreat. The hosts were exceptional—responsive, accommodating, and genuinely helpful. If you’re searching for a standout place with amazing local hosts, I highly recommend staying here!

Lovely ppace and serene environment with all the amenities to make my family feel at home, Host was very responsive to my messages and and also brought in something we thought was missing in the house. This was the perfect place for a Nashville getaway! It is 4 bedroom 3 bathroom, but two separate houses. It ended up working out perfectly. Both houses were extremely clean and had everything you could possibly need. The location was peaceful and beautiful. Only a 25 minute drive to downtown. Will definitely stay again if we come back.
