Waterfront vacation rentals in Costa Rei

The apartment was perfect for what we were looking for. Location There is very good resturants and cafes in the block and a great little mini mart. it's a short walk into Cagliari centre, Marina, bus stop to go Poetto and a 10 minute walk from the train station. Apartment the apartment was very clean and larger than we anticipated, the master bedroom has two lovely double doors which open up for air flow. Each room had air-conditioning and there was a functioning kitchen and washing machine. Hosts Max and Davide were very friendly and informative of the local area and provided multiple recommendations. They allowed me some flexibility with times and only requested we communicate with them about any issues. As a conclusion, I re-booked this apartment for next year and I am trying to convince my friends to rent the neighbouring apartment hosted by Max and Davide. We had a wonderful time with Taty and Luca. The two are great hosts, were always easily accessible and very accommodating. The apartment is like in the Listing described and the view of the sea is simply fantastic. We felt right at home. The entire property is very well equipped - especially in the kitchen there is nothing missing and you can cook wonderfully. The sea is a minute walk. We will be happy to come back and can only recommend the apartment, as well as Taty and Luca as a host. :)

From Massimo’s apartment on the Piazza Carmine it’s only a short walk up to the city’s walled quarter with its museums and breathtaking city view, an easy walk in any direction to your choice of bars, cafes and restaurants, or a long but pleasant walk to see the flamingos in the lagoon. You can sit outdoors on the balcony and take it all in or close the shutters and enjoy the quiet and comfort of Massimo’s well-equipped spacious apartment. The elevator in the beautifully restored building is a definite plus during arrival and departure with suitcases. The nearby train station, bus stops, and taxi stand make getting around easy. Massimo was very helpful during check-in and check-out and always quick to respond to any messages. A perfect spot for our week in Cagliari!

Great location , right in the beach and only 30 minutes by car to Cagliari. Clean apartment, well stocked for self catering. The hosts made it a very pleasant stay.

Francesca was amazing!! She answered every question we had and gave us fantastic recommendations as well as helping us get a taxi at 5am for our early flight! 10/10

We were very satisfied in the house with Sylvia. The apartment in the first floor is quite bright, clean, the bathroom is large, a kitchenette for smaller cooking. The environment of the Apartments is quiet , nearby there is a beach as well as a Business that are within walking distance. By car, many beautiful beaches . Sylvia is an excellent host , she is interested in clients, responds immediately to all questions, there is no problem for her, she helped us rent the car and was also otherwise always helpful. We recommend!!!

Ilaria e her family were exquisite Hosts Perfect welcome and management of the house. We were able to use the very good aromatic herbs from their garden. We found a welcome welcome with everything for breakfast. House well stocked with everything. A big thank you and a real pleasure. Highly recommended like everything . 👍😘❣️

10/10! :-) It really was the perfect stay and I have never stayed with kinder hosts. Martina and Giocomo are so kind and helpful, they recommended so many nice places, beaches and restaurants and were always there to help, if we needed anything. We were really lucky and grateful. The apartment is stylish, comfortable and feels just like home, we really enjoyed our stay there. Everything was clean and you also have a parking spot right next to the apartment. We would recommend a rental car so that you can visit all the beautiful beaches in the area (it depends where you want to go but it takes around 15-60 minutes to get to the most beautiful beaches around Cagliari/Villasimius). The only thing we could mention here about the apartment is that it is not that soundproof, so if you are a very sensitive person you should be aware of that. You might hear the neighbors (who were by the way also very kind and helpful). All in all we would highly recommend Martina’s and Giocomo‘s home!

Quiet and fantastically located house near the beach. Very clean and lovingly furnished. Very fast and friendly contact. Fantastic to have a good time in the south of Sardinia.

We had a great rest in this apartment. The view was great. All the tips (restaurants, supermarkets, local food) from Giorgio were the hit. I started the day with a jog. Villasimius consists of many districts, so you could put together different routes after a short time. For this, the washing machine was a practical helper. So the clothes were fresh again for the next run. We thank Carola and Giorgio, who set the stage for a great quiet holiday, which were lined with insanely beautiful sunsets and once with dolphins in the bay. The only thing we would do differently would be traveling by car. Our Vito just fit into the parking bay.

We had a perfect holiday in Marcos house. Everything matched the descriptions and photos on the listing. The house is situated in a beautiful garden with outdoor shower, outdoor kitchen with weaver grill and separate laundry room . The kitchen is well equipped, the mattresses in bed very comfortable! We were able to have all the meals on the beautiful, quiet terrace . Very good starting point for trips to the south of Sardinia! The beautiful beach can be reached within 1 minute and allows long beach walks. Marco is a very courteous, helpful host who always responded within a few minutes. We will come back very gladly!!

We had a wonderful stay at Matteo's house, which is nestled on a hill surrounded by bushes and rocks, offering a truly private retreat. The beautiful views from the property added to the overall charm of our experience. There is decent outdoor space for sunbathing, complete with an outdoor shower and a grill, making it perfect for enjoying the sunshine. The spacious driveway can easily accommodate several cars, which is a great convenience. The sandy and quiet beach is only about a 20-minute walk away, enhancing the location's appeal. A lovely touch was the bottle of wine left by the owner, along with a few snacks, coffee, and tea, which we could enjoy for breakfast since this was our first stop and we hadn’t had a chance to buy any food on the way. The beds were comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. However, we did encounter a little issue with water pressure, which might be problematic if you’re looking to wash your hair. Overall, it was a lovely getaway in a serene setting.

Perfect place for a young family with loads of seating and very well equipped for eating in. Enrico was extremely helpful and responsive. The beach is easily walkable and has a nice beach bar, and plenty of other beaches a short drive away. Perfect for a relaxing low key family holiday.

We loved staying here as a family. The hosts were so helpful and friendly even loaning a fishing rod. Their advice was great! The house was great and had everything we needed. We liked that there were 2 bathrooms. Couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay with stunning views & wonderful hosts. Our tips for people staying: You need a car to get around but do get an SUV as the roads around are full of holes so it was easier compared to a normal car. If you stay in the back bedroom and like to get up past 7am or sleep in the afternoons take ear plugs. The neighbour has loud conversations on his telephone & you can hear it all & their shower etc If you are a light sleeper you will need this or use the 2 front bedrooms. Make sure you watch the sunset. It’s beautiful The recycling takes a bit to work out what is where if you don’t speak Italian but use a translator app and take a picture and it translates it for you

If you want a peaceful and relaxed holiday then look no further. Philip was responsive in messaging and Cedric whom met us was lovely, helpful and made us feel so welcomed. It was everything we wanted. A nice simple place close to a beautiful beach without the hustle and bustle of tourists. There is a small supermarket close by with a cafe and restaurant too. A small village that had fresh fruit and veg, pizzeria, pharmacy and post office. The house itself was perfect- 2 adults & 4 kids. It was peaceful and really did feel like a home away from home. I hope one day we can return.

Very nice house, right on the beach! The house is rather simply equipped, but with everything you need (coffee maker, freezer,...). The clear highlight is definitely the location: from the terrace or also from the bedroom window you look directly at the sea. From there, it's just a few steps into the water - wonderful! Also very practical is the fenced outdoor shower after bathing. Federica always responded quickly, so we felt well looked after. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! Our tip for arrivals: We definitely recommend taking the route via the coastal road from Cagliari airport by car and not through the mountains (because this is extremely curvy, as we found ^^). In addition, the road is not paved at the last meters to the house. It's probably worth a bit of an off-road car if you rent one (where we've also mastered it with a Fiat Panda).

Carlotta made our stay so easy and straightforward - we couldn’t ask for more. The place was really lovely and spacious, with everything we needed. We loved the garden! We walked to Punta Molentis from the apartment which was a great way to experience more of the local area.

You could keep searching for the perfect place but there will not be a better and more beautiful place than Daniela’s apartment in the whole Sardinia. This was my second time at Daniela’s place and like the first time, my staying was magic and unforgettable. The view from the apartment is stunning and will leave you breathless. The apartment has everything you need and is spotless clean. Daniela is lovely and will welcome you with her kindness.

Great apartment for families or couples of friends: 3 rooms, two bathrooms. Clean apartment with parking. Useful for those who want to use Cagliari as a base and then visit the surroundings. Very pleasant stay. Accurate and punctual host in his responses.

Silvia was a good Host, she provided us with clear directions for a late-night self check-in. The accommodation absolutely matches the photos and description, a stone's throw from the Poetto waterfront.

Very nice hosts. We were in touch 24/7. We shared our guidebook where to go / what to see. Ready to help with anything you need? They respond within 5 minutes. The apartment is clean, new. There is everything you need, and even a small coffee machine with capsules ))) I was a little surprised by the frying pan when they fried scrambled eggs , it heated for a very long time)) Probably not quite suitable for this stove, but it's small things. We thought it was not in the center, but the location is good. We walked everywhere in 5-20 minutes to any part of the city center. On the last day, we needed to leave much later than the eviction time, the hosts allowed us without any problems. We worked from the apartment, the internet was good. The smart TV was also a plus.

We had a lovely stay at Martinas place, it was super spacious, very clean and the two bathrooms were nice to have. Cagliari is in driving distance from the apartment and the beach is only about 100 m away
