Waterfront vacation rentals in Costa del Silencio

Mauro the host was very helpful with recommendations for places in the area and let us check in early. Me and my partner both said it is the best place we have stayed in on holiday with amazing views of mountains, very close to the sea with lots of local restaurants and shops. There is lots of activities in the area including kayaking that is brilliant, we saw a bottle nose dolphin whilst doing that activity and pilot whales on a whale and dolphing spotting boat trip. Sunbeds on the nearby beach for 3 euros each for the day. There is lots of places to get food next to the beach and for baguette lovers there is a supermarket/shop (that has tables at the front of it) that makes very nice fresh baguettes, fresh salads and has nice smoothies. Lovely walks in the area. Honestly it is a brilliant location.

We stayed 6 weeks in Carmens Appartement and we really enjoyed it. It is such a cozy place with everything you need and was Perfect for also working from there. The Pool area is nice for relaxing and the beach is only 2mins away. It is also a dog beach so it was perfect for our little sausage dog. Carmen was very helpful with everything and always easy to reach. We will definately come again! thank you Carmen!

This apartment is amazing. Quite a climb up the hill but well worth it for the views. Very quiet location but within easy reach of bars and restaurants. Excellent coastal walks. Good bus service to surrounding area. We got the shuttle direct from the airport which Javier recommended and was very easy and cheap. We loved this apartment and Javier was an excellent host. All kitchen equipment and everything you could require for a weeks stay. We hope to return in the future.

This is a spacious well, equipped apartment. It has a full kitchen, as well as a separate utility room. It has a large balcony, which attracts the morning sun. I made a lot of use of the communal pool, which was heated to 26C. I was checked in by Laia, who was very helpful at friendly. The combination of my delayed flight and long wait for my luggage meant I arrived two hours later than planned. But, Laia was very accommodating and met me at the apartment. There is a small supermarket across the street, and a number of good restaurants within walking distance. I particularly liked Arya, Osteria Italia, Bahai Beach and Trigo. The only improvement I would recommend is a keysafe. It didn't happen to me, but with just one key, and a door that locks behind you, it would be easy to be locked out, so it would be good to have an option to get back in. Otherwise, five stars all round.

i spent five days in Margot's apartment. I have clearly found such a clean and organized house especially for the kitchen space;Margot although we never met, she was very nice in providing me with precise directions to the location and available. I recommend this accommodation to those who are looking for a quiet place,away from the chaos but not isolated. It is similar to waiting for the sunrise from the terrace and the quiet village night. When we arrived I had the impression of being in a charming hotel for the many precautions that Margot makes available to her guests. I highly recommend this accommodation and I will definitely recommend it to my friends. Thank you for everything 🤗🤗

Had a great stay in the apartment. Very central and close to all amenities but quiet too. The place was modern, clean and comfortable. Great WiFi and choice of channels on smart tv. The only downside for me was not having a door on the bathroom but got used to it. Thanks for having us - we will definitely recommend your place and also would love to come back next year.

We absolutely loved the apartments stylish modern design, and the incredible view. It was *so* relaxing. I just wish we'd come for two weeks not two days.

We had a perfect stay for 11 days with our 2 children (6 and 3 years old). The beach literally in front of the house was very neat and ideal for our puposes. We had everything we needed and communication was very good. We highly recommend this place!

We had a most enjoyable month in the house, making use of the courtyard (yoga mat and blocks greatly appreciated) and the sun loungers. The desk was helpful and we both did some work. The house is very well equipped, in a central part of town, with easy access to the sea. It was really nice not to be in a big complex and the local community were welcoming. There is easy access to great hiking, running and cycling. Along with all the local shops you might need. The house was super clean and John was very responsive when we did need a bit of help. Highly recommended.

What an amazing apartment right in the middle of El Medano! The views are to die for and its lovely to hear the sound of the sea so close. Its right next to lots of restaurants. Cesar is very responsive and an excellent hist. Would highly recommend.

We loved the area. Very natural and untouristy. Great sea views. Lovely terrace with a bbq. Some people might prefer the shop and restaurants to be a little closer. Beach within a couple of minutes walk and great views from the rocks. Apartment very comfortable for 2 of us. We chose the area to get maximum possibility of winter sun but to be away from the touristy towns. It worked perfectly for us and we would love to go back.

Absolutely amazing location, fabulous views of the sea from the private, sheltered patio! We were in the sea in 2 minutes daily! Unbelievably peaceful, quiet location.. we were able to switch off & totally relax listening to the sound of the waves! The accommodation is very spacious & clean, with comfortable beds (we had the best sleeps ever!) Check-in was very smooth using the key box ( also handy for leaving your keys when heading for the sea). It is very well equipped (we would recommend picking up some washing up liquid, hand soap & a lighter for the candle lamps though). There are 2 small coffee/tapas bars nearby for eating out, also 2 well stocked supermarkets within walking distance. We had a car & found a couple of lovely towns nearby(10/15 mins) which had plenty of shops/cafes/restaurants & were nice to wander round. We would 100% recommend this place to anyone who is looking for some peaceful relaxation & would definitely return here!

A great place to recommend! Everything is as described and exactly as shown in the photos. We were the three of us and it was very comfortable. The sound of the ocean sways to sleep, and you can relax on the deck. The kitchen is very well equipped and the washing machine works just fine. The beds are very comfortable and there is enough space in the bedrooms for your personal items. There are great fish restaurants in the neighboring village (3km). Quiet neighborhood and good location, we are very happy with the stay.

Absolutely wonderful stay! I will definitely be back. I usually look forward to my own bed after a holiday but it was the comfiest bed ever! Such a great place, very well equipped! Truly a fabulous place to stay in Tenerife

Arturo communicated well very quickly answered my queries. The apartment was spotless. The bed was lovely and comfortable. It's in a fab location easy access to all pubs restaurants and the beach. Terry and I would come back and use the apartment again loved it. 😊 😊 😊

We love Dahiana's apartment, we've stayed there a number of times and are already looking forward to going back next year. It's in a great position, near shops, restaurants, beach and coastal promenade and with a great view from the generous balcony. The garage parking space is a definite plus. The apartment is light and spacious, clean and tidy and very well-equipped. Dahiana is a great host, friendly and welcoming and very helpful. Definitely the full five stars!

What a beautiful apartment, pictures do not do it justice. The views from the balcony where stunning. Paula was clear with her instructions on how to get in and help with tips for the local area. Very hospitable we would definitely recommend 10/10.

Very satisfied! The place was absolutely sufficient for two people, clean and cozy. We were greeted as soon as we arrived and made sure we were comfortable throughout our stay. The beautiful view of the sunset was truly unique and added to our holiday an unforgettable atmosphere. Overall, everything met our expectations and created the perfect setting for a pleasant and relaxing vacation. We'd love to come back!

Recently returned from our holiday. We have been going to Tenerife for many years, normally staying in Costa Adeje. We fancied a change to somwhere on the flat! The aparment is nicely located at the beach end of Parque Santiago11. It has its own large terrace with sunbeds and you can slip out the gate and be down by the beach in a minute. The apt itself appears to have been refurbed recently and the kitchen and furniture are all good quality. Everythind you need for a relaxing holiday is a couple of minutes walk away; Chinese and Indian restaurants on the Patch, numerous bars and touristic restaurants as well. A five minute walk gets you to the Golden Mile with the Safari Centre and Hard Rock Cafe. Carmen was a charming and helpful host who met us when we arrived and took us to the apt. One annoyance is having to pay for sunbeds, but this is common for the area and does not reflect on the apartment. Top Tip: Aberdeen Steakhouse on the Patch overlooks the beach and 1.50 for a pint.

We had a very enjoyable stay. Jose was always helpful. The apartment was well equipped and very clean.

We chose this accommodation for our holiday with family. It was great that each room had its own bathroom, even a toilet on the lower floor and a take. Another great thing is the private garage, so it's always nice in the car and no one outside scratches it. The apartment is clean and you will find everything you need in it. The complex is located about 10 minutes walk from the city center, the nearest shop is just as far. The beach is very close and it is quite empty, which I take as an advantage. Another great thing is the private pool for the whole complex, but there are not too many people and it is a nice place. What I appreciate a lot is the service of the hostess Maria, who is really helpful at any time, gave us a lot of tips on local events or advised us where to go for a meal or what to skip. Whenever it was needed, she answered my question via text message or arrived in a few moments and sorted it out. Highly recommend and give 6/5 stars :)
