Excellent host, Susan was amazing, we will love to stay longer, the apartment feels likw you are home from the beginning, really one of the great places we have been as a family, btw Susan has such attention to detail, even prepared to the room for our baby, we are very thankful and hopefully we will comeback soon again!

perfect location. close to shops, restaurants and the beach but away from all the noise of the main strip. check in super easy and facilities great. exactly what we needed.

A lovely place, quiet and peaceful but easy to walk to local shops, restaurants etc. Garage parking and the terrace with private pool were highlights. Great communication from the host too with instructions to get in and very responsive to my questions.

Very nice stay at Katolina's apartment. Exceptional views of the sea, Gomeira Island, and Los Gigantes cliffs. Very nice to hear the waves in the distance. Blackout curtains, always a bonus. Very quiet area but not far from restaurants and entertainment. 6 months pregnant with a 3-year-old child it was perfect! The street rises slightly but like everywhere on the island 😅 We were able to enjoy the heated pool, an undeniable bonus! The other locals are very quiet. The apartment is spacious at least enough for the three of us. To park the car, in January it was never a problem, we always found a place very close to the residence. We didn't want for any amenities. Thank you for your availability during the stay. This is a place we recommend +++.

We had a very nice stay of 10 nights at Marie's property. Everything was as described. All you need is there, but a whole body mirror would be nice (this is my GF's comment :)

Just come back from staying at this wonderful villa sunny was extremely helpful we was very happy with the accommodation with stunning views I would highly recommend staying here sunny is more then helpful what a great trip away we had

Loved our stay here. So tranquil and loved having different terraces to relax at depending on time of day. The house itself of clean and spacious. Great location for going for walks around El Teide and some lovely restaurants nearby which were recommended by the host.

Stunning apartment!! Naomi was so helpful when our flight was delayed. She was there after hours to greet us on arrival and couldn't have been more helpful. Brilliant service

super nice, super helpful, great furnished apartment, everything exactly as described... only the pool was unfortunately not warm enough for swimming in our time (mid-December). But maybe we just had bad luck too. Nevertheless, we would book again immediately if we go to Costa adeje.

Lovely villa with a beautiful view (the photos of the views are not up to date as there is now some villas in front, but this does not affect the view much at all, you can still see the sea clearly etc). The villa was very clean, and we loved the en-suite bathroom. The beds were also comfy. The location is good, you can walk to Siam Mall easily (8-10 minutes), but the walk back up is very steep but fine to do if you’re reasonably fit. The pool is a good size. The only issue we had was with the aircon as it didn’t feel that powerful, especially in the master bedroom (I think as the room is so big with the dressing area, another air con unit is needed near the bed). The villa felt very homely and cosy.

We had a lovely stay in this apartment. There was plenty of room for our family of 4, it had everything we needed, we often had the communal pool to ourselves and there was a great supermarket just up the road. There were some lovely restaurants in walking distance , but there were very steep hills to conquer on the way home! Taxis were only 5 euros if steep hills aren’t for you.

This was an absolutely gorgeous and modern house to stay in. Close to shops, restaurants, market, Siam Park and the beach. It was absolutely spotless and the owner was very quick to respond to any questions. The house has everything you would need. Would definitely recommend. A couple of things to note: - Only two sun beds but other seating outside - The house is very close to everything but hilly to climb on way back to house - Not sure if I would recommend if you have very small children - no shallow end in pool

Beautiful villa, great location with lots of shops and restaurants close by. Everything exactly as described. Bella was an excellent host, great communication and very responsive to any questions. We had a fantastic stay!

We were checked in by Willie who was super efficient and always contactable. (He also took us to the airport for our return journey home which was great.) This particular apartment is on the second floor opposite the quiet lift (which did not disturb us.) The balcony was the stand out feature of this apartment which afforded a magnificent view of the sea and the island of La Gomera. Staying in early December, the sun shone on the balcony in the afternoon which was perfect. We only used the kitchen for breakfast and ate out locally in the evenings. Bathroom was very clean and has a nice large mirror and shower which had plenty of hot water. The single beds were very comfortable but the small gap in-between them made it a little bit of a squeeze getting out of bed at night. We ate at the poolside restaurant for breakfast a couple of times which was run by friendly staff who were happy to cook eggs to our own personal taste. Overall a fantastic holiday apartment for two.

We felt at home here, everything was perfect and exceeded our expectations. I fell ill while staying and our host América was so helpful and provided us with details of where to go for medical assistance- we are very grateful to her for her kindness- would highly recommend and will definitely return.

We have just come back from this apartment in Tenerife the hosts were very helpful answered all of our questions within a good time span it was spotlessly clean and well decorated the balcony looked out over the front of the hotel with distant mountain and sea views the common areas were spotlessly clean and tidy the pool area was lovely although the pool was too cold for me to get in , there were plenty of sunbeds to go around and the pool bar was handy for a refreshing drink , also the apartment is only a short walk from bars and restaurants and five minutes from the beach , One thing I can recommend is do not flush the toilet when somebody is in the shower as it gets burning hot , and the bar at the bottom of the road blasted out banging music until the early hours ,which is no fault of the owners and the bar should be more considerate to guests at the hotel and maybe they need to be made aware of this and turn it down at a certain time. Overall, I can highly recommend this apartm

Incredible holiday time! We enjoyed the place very much: it was very spacious, comfortable and had everything needed for the vacation. Two spacious bathrooms, a big terrace with possibility to sunbathe, convenient kitchen, a washing machine with a drier - all is prepared for the great holidays. The host was super supportive with the directions and local recommendations. We highly recommend the place for a peaceful vacation.

The apartment was exactly as shown in the pictures—modern and immaculately clean. Thank you for providing cupboard basics (salt, pepper, tea, coffee), which made cooking easy. The kitchen was fully equipped, and the space overall was comfortable and well-designed. Loved the sofa! The heated pool was a pleasant 22°C. While much of the pool was shaded (when we went in mid December) the shallow section had sun around 11-3, with only 1/2 meter of water it was great for our 3 year old. A supermarket is conveniently located just across the street, along with two restaurants that were both great. The location is peaceful, but you’ll need a car to get around. Buses exist but can be tricky, as you need to connect through other areas outside Palm Mar. The coast nearby is a little shabby, with large rocky areas, but you can still find some small pleasant spaces. You won’t be disappointed with this apartment, we loved it!

Plenty of amenities and the pool area was a good send with 2 kids. Easy walk down to the beach with plenty of places to eat and shop in the area

Well appointed apartment close to the pools. 3 bedroom neat and tidy accommodation with air con in lounge and en suite between two bedrooms. Another bedroom with separate bathroom completes bed and bathroom facilities. We hired a car to get into Costa Adeje but bars and restaurants closer in Playa Paraiso. However found it difficult to park so taxi a better option. Grounds an gardens well maintained in the complex with a pool bar situated at the main pool. Had a meal there one evening, no complaints. Enjoyed our stay with usual Tenerife weather in January while UK was freezing!!

The balconies go out the back. Unfortunately, we didn't have sun on the balconies in the month of January. Otherwise everything is great. Nice decor, good mattresses.
