Perla is a delightful host! She clearly communicated directions to the house and info about the electricity deposit. The space was pristine and peaceful at night - construction next door during the day wasn’t really a bother since we were out early. The hot water in the downstairs shower ran out quickly and it was a little too cool at night to use the Picuzzi but otherwise a magical place to stay at the start of our DR trip. Would recommend having a car to get to and from.

We loved Fred's house. Everything matched the description and the photos. The tranquility and peace made it worth climbing every step. Highly recommended.

Stay from January 6 to March 30, 2025. We had a great time at this great place. Everything is functional, cozy, and clean. We thank Wesley the gardener for his kindness and efficiency as well as Felicia, the cleaning lady, for her good work and smile. We had little contact with Christophe and it was almost exclusively with his partner Daniel that we dealt with. We want to thank Daniel for his great kindness and dedication. He is a man who cares that people feel good and who responds with a smile and efficiency to requests.

We had a wonderful stay at Josefina's place. Julio warmly welcomed us and thoroughly explained all the household details. He was always available via phone whenever we had questions, making communication seamless. Aurelia made us breakfast each morning and went the extra mile by keeping everything tidy and clean for us—her kindness was truly appreciated. The house itself was incredibly accommodating. As a large family with a toddler, we had everything we needed. While the beach and restaurants were just steps away, we found ourselves enjoying the home the most. The rooms were comfortable, water was plentiful, and the mosquito screens were effective. The internet connection was reliable, which allowed both work and entertainment—perfect for everyone, including the baby and those working remotely. We also found the electricity cost to be very reasonable. For a group of seven staying five days, the total came to just $20–$25 USD. Highly recommend!

We really enjoyed this place both for its modern and atypical design and for its location close to the city center and beaches. Its location in the heart of nature offers a peaceful and bucolic setting Maria Cécilia was always responsive to our requests and even found us a great transportation solution for our arrival and return to Punta Cana. Very nice spacious apartment located close to a beautiful beach. The city center and its shops are within a 15-minute walk. On the way and waterfront of very good restaurants. We asked Cristian for information on site and he was very responsive.

Everything is very good, the apartment is very close to the beach, spacious, comfortable and with ceiling fans in all areas. Olga and her family were very kind and attentive to us at all times. Highly recommended! Thank you very much Olga!

Excellent place and features. Close to the beach with private pool and complex pool. The beach and river in front of the residential are absolutely incredible. The apartment is ultra complete and high quality. Include the chef for breakfast and cleaning. Luxury everything with AC that works super well, hot water and hot and functional jacuzzi. Really great time with my family, we were a total of 6. Note: It is a pity that the buildings further cover the view. The photos of the pool and the sea as indicated in the advertisement are aerial views taken with drone, it is not the view of the terrace. In the end, we had a wonderful time.

It is a good place to enjoy and be at peace, as it has one of the most beautiful beaches in Terrenas. The apartment was very nice and comfortable, as was the complex. Everything was just perfect, Ingrid is a very good host and is very attentive ❤️

The place was beautiful and very clean, just as in the photos. Cèdric is a very friendly person, the instructions from the beginning were clear. Around the place there is a bit of noise, nothing excessive and totally understandable because of how busy it usually is in Las Terrenas, but it is very much worth it. It had several grocery stores nearby, restaurants and so on. The location is really very good. A 10/10 experience, I would go back to this place without a second thought.

My wife and I loved our stay at Keisha's place. The condominium is beautiful, well-furnished, well-equipped, and extremely comfortable. Everything was as pictured. We felt right at home. The location is perfect....we could walk to the beach in two minutes, and into town in five minutes, yet it is located in a very peaceful setting. Having the option of sitting poolside or going to the beach is something we find very appealing. Keisha is an extremely likeable, friendly, and gracious host, and was very accessible and helpful with any questions we had. A truly lovely host! My wife and I definitely look forward to visiting Keisha's place again in the future!

This is our go-to for a perfect tropical getaway. The accommodation is spacious and spotless; comfortable outdoor living; updated kitchen; and luxurious bedrooms and ensuites. The grounds are immaculately tended to by friendly staff. The pools are beautiful, and the spectacular beach is steps away with access to a variety of sports (volleyball, soccer, kayaking, paddle boards, etc). The hosts are professional and friendly. Very responsive to questions and recommendations. We highly recommend this Airbnb and plan to be back again soon!

This is a hidden gem in Las Terrenas. The residence is clean, quiet, 3 minute walk to the beautiful beach. Delicious on site restaurant and very walkable all around town. Excellent and More Excellent. Thanks Robson and staff.

We had a wonderful experience staying at Carmen’s place. It was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything we needed for a relaxing stay. The location was fantastic, with plenty of local shops and restaurants nearby and located right across the beach. Communication with the host was smooth and easy, and they were very responsive. We would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient place to stay.

Amazing stay, too bad our itinerary only included two days in this place because it was spectacular. Everything was clean, tidy, well decorated, excellent for a quiet family vacation. We’ve just had the best stay here! Super comfortable with everything you could possible need. Martin was just wonderful with helpful advice for us concerning tours and travel. Beautiful soft quality bedding, towels, beach towels. Well equipped apartment with plenty of essentials. Fabulous easy stroll through the apartment gardens to the beautiful quiet beach. We’ve had such a lovely time and can’t recommend highly enough, wouldn’t hesitate to come back.
