Grand Family Home, 6 bedrooms, acre field in Hayle

Sarah LouiseRating, 5 stars1 month ago
We had an unforgettable week at Trevassack House and felt so fortunate to have found such a grand and lovely home to spend New Year with friends who traveled from Belgium and France. Catherine and Matthew’s home is absolutely perfect for hosting a large group. We were 8 adults, 3 small children and one dog and there were plenty of large rooms for us to spread out comfortably. The children were able to play in one room while the adults played games and the piano in front of the fire across the hall. Although, we spent most of our New Year around the family-style farmhouse table in the kitchen. We prepared all meals at home thanks to the well-equipped kitchen and the proximity of food shops. The house is in a quiet area and we slept like babies each night after long days visiting the seal sanctuary, St Ives and Newquay. The garden and grounds are gorgeous as well and had it been warmer, we certainly would have taken advantage of the terrace. We made memories for a lifetime here ❤️

Beach house hide away, dogs welcome

KarenRating, 5 starstoday
This was my first visit to Cornwall, a much needed break from the noise of everyday life. The Wendy House felt like home the minute I stepped in the door. Holly went above and beyond to make it feel like home with fresh milk left in the fridge, so I could make a well needed cup of tea after my journey. Shampoo, conditioner, shower gel and more are all there. The kitchen had everything you would ever need - like I said, it just felt like home. The location is perfect, just a short walk to the stunning Fistral Beach. I loved my stay, albeit short. I was sad to leave but will come back again in the summer. I highly recommend staying at the Wendy House! Thanks for the most wonderful 5 days 🥰

Beachwalk Holiday House Fistral

ChrisRating, 5 stars16 months ago
A fantastic stay and the property was exactly as described. Spotlessly clean and really well equipped. The location is great. A few minutes walk from Newquay Town Centre and less than 10 mins walk to Fistral Beach through the middle of the golf course on a traffic free path. The host responded within an hour on both occasions I contacted her. I can’t fault anything. Thanks for a fantastic stay. Highly recommended.

The Retreat - front & back gardens with patios

TraceyRating, 5 stars1 month ago
Such a warm and homely house, close to the town centre and harbour. Great for families and for dogs. Well equipped and very comfortable. Easy parking for one car but can squeeze in two tightly. Often lots of parking outside on the road too. Lovely unusual artefacts, pictures on the walls and interesting photos of old Padstow. We loved our stay here and hope to return.

1-bed dog-friendly cottage with countryside views

JoanneRating, 5 stars2 days ago
This was a super little place, ticked every box for us, it was beautifully clean, very comfortable, loved the white bed linen and towels it was a personal favourite with the feathered pillows and quilt. It had everything that we needed. Taking my boyfriend’s dog it is always hard to find a place that has that level. I would happily come back, to enjoy the peace and quiet with a cup of coffee and look out at the view anytime. It was so relaxing. Thank you for a very special couple of nights.

Martins Roost pools gym pub scenic valley views

AlexandraRating, 5 stars2 months ago
I visited for the evening to see my grandparents as I live in wales and they live in Devon. The bungalow was immaculate, helpful guide provided, the rooms are huge and the blankets and towels are a lovely touch. The shower was good too as it was really warm. The heating does take a while whilst on boost but once warmed up it’s lovely. We did feel a draft from the window and the curtains moved but we were in a storm so that’s understandable. Would have loved more sugars and maybe milk as there wasn’t a shop on site.

BLUE VIEW beach house - pool, garden, dog friendly

KunalRating, 5 stars5 days ago
We had an absolutely fantastic stay at Kirsten & Ben’s Fistral Beach holiday home! From start to finish, everything was perfect. The home itself is beautifully designed, spotless, and well-equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The attention to detail—from cozy furnishings to thoughtful touches—made it feel like a true home away from home. The location couldn’t be better; just a short walk to Fistral Beach, perfect for catching the stunning sunsets or enjoying a morning stroll. Kirsten & Ben were wonderful hosts—communicative, welcoming, and always ready to assist with any questions. Their recommendations for local spots were spot on, helping us make the most of our time in Newquay. Overall, we couldn’t have asked for a better experience. If you’re looking for a perfect coastal getaway, this is the place to be. We’d love to return in the future!

Kimworthy Lodges (Wren)

JayneRating, 5 stars6 months ago
We really enjoyed our holiday in Wren lodge. It was so peaceful, cosy, clean, well equipped and was our happy place for a week. We loved the swimming pool and would have used it loads more if the weather had been warmer. During our week we had a lovely 2 mile walk to the local village pub where we had a tasty meal. We drove out to Bude, which we loved for cute shops and crabbing on the harbour wall. We found Sandymouth beach for a fun beach day, with an amazing beach cafe. We would definitely recommend the lodge for a relaxing homely place to stay with great helpful hosts. Definitely value gor money. Well equipped kitchen and all lovely and clean. The large garden space around the lodge was sich a nice view and seeing cows in the field from the kitchen window was just delightful! A very happy holiday. Thank you to Valerie and Tony!

Perfect family holiday near Perranporth beach

CarolineRating, 5 stars18 months ago
Had a lovely stay at Michelle and Ian's.Accommodation was so clean and the outside area was amazing with the fire pit and outside seating areas, Very friendly and helpful, and went over and above as our car broke down (for the first time), and while the RAC sorted it out, Michelle came and picked us up from Perranporth and brought us back to save us all waiting. The local shop in the village was amazing selling everything you could need for your holiday, and the accommodation was 10 minutes from Perran Sands beach which we went to a lot. St Agnes and Perranporth are nearby for an evening out at a restaurant or the Pub . We loved the accommodation, suited our family perfectly with the firepit and BBQ which we used a lot. Thanks for a lovely holiday Michelle and Ian. We would definitely come again.
