Lovely stay for our family of 5. Beautiful views, clean spacious apartment and great base for exploring Cornwall. Host was always responsive and sorted out any issues straight away. Thanks for the lovely Cornish treats when we arrived ;-)

The property was very beautiful and clean. We had a child with us and the baby chair in the kitchen is very thoughtful. Lana and her daughter was very easy to get hold of. The experience was remarkable. Definitely recommended!

We loved the Boothy and it was a wonderful getaway on the coast.

Finding a place that housed 7 of us is not always easy but Adam's place was just what we needed. It's a lovely property, well equipped, comfortable and an ideal location from getting to St. Ives and a number of National Trust properties. Needed Adam's help on getting the Heating working (not his fault) and he was straight on the phone to help out which was really appreciated.

Had a lovely stay at Rachael’s property. There was plenty of room for our large group. The rooms were spacious and despite the large group felt roomy! Thanks again for letting us stay we really enjoyed our time.

The location was perfect as a base for walks and sightseeing in the West Penwith area, as well as for exploring Newlyn. The view from the garden includes rolling fields and and a view out to Mounts Bay. The flat was cosy, clean and warm, and there were plenty of interesting local-themed books to peruse. Tom and Gail were friendly and helpful, and we would happily return.

The apartment was beautifully kept. It was comfortable, clean and had everything we needed for our stay. The view is absolutely stunning and can be seen from every room in the house!

We loved our stay in Siobhan’s cosy annexe. It was bright, spacious and perfectly equipped for a holiday by the sea. We really appreciated the easy access to the local amenities and the sea. Can't wait to came back again!

We have just returned from an amazing week in St Ives. The house was ideal for the three of us and the location was just a 5 minute walk from the centre of St Ives. We were able to park in front of the house to unload and the van and the car park was a short (but steep) walk away and very cheap! We felt right at home and had an extremely enjoyable stay over the new year! Thank you!

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Emerald Seas in Carbis Bay, and I can confidently say it was one of the best getaways I’ve experienced! From the moment we arrived, the stunning views of the coastline took our breath away. The apartment is beautifully decorated, blending modern amenities with a cozy, beachy vibe. The location is perfect—just a short walk to the sandy beach. We enjoyed exploring the coastal paths and soaking up the tranquil atmosphere of Carbis Bay. If you’re looking for a relaxing retreat with stunning views and easy access to the beach, I highly recommend Emerald Seas. I can’t wait to return!

Great self contained unit. Spotlessly clean and perfect for a short stay. Very easy to walk to the beaches and town. Parking for larger vehicles tricky but manageable. Caroline was very kind in arranging the booking at late notice.

Absolutely loved our stay. Open spacious and clean with stunning views. Heating was perfect. Large laundry with drying facilities made it super easy to catch up on laundry while travelling. Definitely recommend

Jody and James’ place was perfect for our stay. Easy to find and ideally situated for a trip in Southern Cornwall, and they recommended some fantastic local places to eat nearby. The place itself was clean and had all the required amenities. The massive bathtub is also a huge plus! We’d highly recommend staying in this fab apartment.

A beautiful little spot in an absolutely stunning location - a short walk to the beach and cafes and bars of Porthtowan. The Annex is really clean and cosy with everything you need for a mini break. We’ll be back!

My son and I had the most perfect few days at Kathy and Jeffs apartment.. great location..thoroughly enjoyed the cliff top walks ,lots of lovely restaurants all within walking distance...The apartment was just lovely and really lived up to our expectations...we will definitely return..thank you Kathy and Jeff :))

We had a great weekend. The apartment is in an ideal location of Penzance, the street is quiet yet easy to access the amenities. It is a great place to stay if you want to walk to St Michael’s mount! We loved having the sea views in the apartment. The apartment is comfortable, spacious and has the facilities needed. The hosts were very responsive and kind. We would stay here again.

The apartment was fantastic! It was extremely well-equipped, having everything you need for a longer stay. The views were tremendous from the front window, overlooking the sea. Nigel was extremely proactive and responsive that made us feel right at home, including a guide to outline all the local area has to offer!
