I saw the word 3 bed and thought it had a 2nd bedroom and booked it without realizing it's just an efficiency. We were splitting the room with my aunt. Since it was only one room she stayed somewhere else. I would only get half of the price I paid losing about $450 so we stayed. Also the photos are taken in summer with everything blooming and we were there early April so only a few things were blooming and it was too cold to get in the creek. Was thankful for the washer/dryer to use as we were so dirty from hiking. The kitchen area had lots of spices, syrup and oils for cooking. It's a beautiful setting and the dogs are very gentle.

Great stay. Lovely apartment, just as described. An upscale space, located near all things in Sedona. Proactive and responsive communication. Very well stocked with everything we needed and beautifully decorated. We hope to return here in the future and book this same place. Sedona is a gorgeous place to visit. We were fortunate to experience a snowstorm and a following day, perfectly sunny for a drive up 89A to Flagstaff. We took hundreds of photos during our stay.

Eunice’s airbnb was the perfect place to stay for our babymoon! I cannot say enough good things about it- the location was perfect (very close to all of the hikes we wanted to do, close to great restaurants), the spot had a great patio to enjoy the sunlight, and the place was very comfortable. Eunice was very responsive and there was great explanatory info about the apartment and area included. We would absolutely come back to stay at this spot in a heartbeat!

Asher's home in Sedona is lovely. It is much larger than it looks in the pictures, and the daybed and rollout bed were surprisingly comfortable. It is in a very quiet neighborhood while still being located within a mile of restaurants and grocery stores. It was the perfect location for our needs--outside of the touristy part of town, but still within easy driving distance of the trailheads, shops, and attractions. It took Asher a little while to respond to messages I sent before our trip, but he responded almost immediatetly to questions we had during our stay. Overall, it was an excellent experience!

We enjoyed our stay. Lots of space and good views. Very peaceful. It is a shared home with another Airbnb rental on the backside of the house. When there were guests staying there we could hear them through the walls.

Gary's place was absolutely wonderful! My family and I really enjoyed our first time to Sedona in this modest home that was very clean and very comfortable. The house is in a quiet and terrifically located neighborhood, with spectacular 180 degree views and a fantastic out door space! The amenities were everything we needed, and we would definitely stay here again!

We had a wonderful stay! The place was spacious, well-equipped with all the amenities we needed, and very comfortable. The hot tub was a fantastic bonus, perfect for relaxing under the beautiful night sky. The backyard was a delight, with plenty of birds enjoying the birdbath in the mornings and afternoons—it was such a peaceful touch! Highly recommend for a relaxing getaway.

Doug's place is an easy walk to restaurants and coffee shops and the hot tub is a welcome respite after a day of hiking. Overall, a good value for the money. We will be back next year.

This was my family's and my second time staying at John's rental (as we were in town for RunSedona) and it did not disappoint. You are close enough (within driving distance) to everything that the Village of Oak Creek and Sedona have to offer but you still feel like you are staying on your own private/secluded piece of paradise. There is so much space both indoors and out to spend time with family and enjoy the natural beauty of the area. Some of our favorite things to do included sitting out on the patio enjoying the mountain views by day and stargazing at night. Would highly recommend! We hope to return again sometime soon.

We loved staying here! It was perfect for our family of 3. Melinda always responded right away and was always very helpful. The place had everything you could need. It was all set up very conveniently. It was very clean and comfortable and I have no complaints!

Beautiful peaceful spot close to awesome trails as well as great restaurants and a local grocery store Clarks across the street. Very comfortable place we relaxed on the patio each evening after a day of hiking and watched the sun set. A perfect location in peak season close to all the beauty of Sedona. If you prefer less crowds you can go the back way, stop at the visitor center just down the road for the view, maps and valuable information on what to explore in the area. Head over towards Page Springs do some wine tasting, then continue to west Sedona hiking and amenities. The loop drive off 89A in west Sedona is beautiful 15 minute drive with lots of scenery and a fascinating private cliff house home. We definitely plan to book this location again with all the amenities it offers next time we want to try pickleball. Suzanne

This place was perfect for my mom and I, giving us our own space and providing a great central location to explore everything on our list.

We stayed in Happy Trails and it was very comfortable and peaceful. Loved the decor! The effort and pride of the home shines through. The kitchen had all the utensils and supplies needed. We enjoyed this quieter side of Sedona away from the tourist area. Definitely would stay again!

We had a great stay while in Sedona. We appreciated how well stocked the place was. There was access to the pool, hot tub and BBQ. Grocery store was across the street which made staying in after a big day of hiking great!

Overall we had a great stay in Sedona. The unit was perfect and had everything our group was looking for. In a good location, close enough to hiking, biking, groceries and restaurants, with all the amenities of a resort. Quite nice to return from a day of hiking and have a dip in the pool, followed by a soak in the hot tub. Matt was an exceptional host as well.

Absolutely wonderful place to stay in Sedona. Perfect central location allowing you to get to uptown, west Sedona, or oak creek village quite easily. A trailhead is in walking distance also allowing super easy sunrise or sunset hikes. The view is too notch. My favorite part, though, were the beds and pillows. I slept amazingly well there. Super comfortable! Would most definitely stay again. We absolutely loved our stay at this condo.. the unit itself was very comfortable and had everything that we needed. We thoroughly enjoyed the amenities including the beautiful pool, hot tubs, and especially the pickleball courts (first time playing pickleball as a family with teens and we are hooked!). The location was superb - we were so happy to be away from the traffic of Sedona but still have easy access to many popular trails. Great to have a grocery store right across the street and walkable to many great restaurants and cafes close by. We also walked to the bell rock pathway which saved us from yet another busy trailhead parking lot. Laura Lee was very responsive both prior to and during our stay. Very grateful for the time that we were able to stay here!
