Very cute cabin. Great views of Thunder mountain and easy to walk out the door(1/10 mile) to sugarloaf trailhead. Perfect location for outdoor enthusiasts. Well stocked with kitchen items and basics for cooking. Clean. Good hot water which was key after winter hikes. We didn’t get a chance to enjoy the outdoor areas much since the weather was cold but looked good. Easy to drive to other trails and restaurants and grocery stores.

Linda was so amazing. Her place was just what we needed to relax and recharge.

The place was so cute and cozy. Loved that we had a full kitchen available. The location was amazing. We were walking distance to some cool local trails. Being dog friendly was very nice as well so we could have everyone together.

Christian went above and beyond to make our stay easy and fun! The Airbnb is beautiful and very clean. There is dedicated parking and the check in process is seamless. The private backyard is well decorated and cozy with everything working properly. It is also in a great location. Will definitely back!

We had an incredible stay at this Airbnb in Sedona! The mountain views were absolutely stunning, especially while soaking in the hot tub during sunset—truly unforgettable. The location was perfect—close to fantastic hiking trails, grocery stores, and plenty of amazing restaurants to explore. The unit itself was quiet, safe, and well-equipped. Having laundry machines was so convenient, and the Keurig coffee maker made mornings even better! Tim, the host, was one of the best we’ve ever had—super friendly and lightning-fast with communication. This place had everything we needed for a relaxing and enjoyable getaway. We’d stay here again in a heartbeat! Highly recommend!

We had such a nice time at Kristi and Doug’s place in Sedona! Absolutely beautiful house and property in a safe and quiet neighborhood. So close to many shops and restaurants but far away enough from the touristy spots. The beds were so comfortable and the kitchen was well stocked with seasonings and cooking equipment to make food at the house. They are so responsive and communicative which adds a level of ease when staying in a new place. 10/10 would stay here again!

Thanks so much for letting us stay. The huge driveway and area in the front worked so well for us with two big trailers! Great area, everyone was so friendly! Great restaurants nearby.

Wow. Hand down the best place we’ve stayed. Perfect location on a quiet street. Home is beautiful. I’ve never seen a kitchen so well stocked. The master was very comfortable. Very good water pressure throughout. Living room furniture was very comfortable. Excellent supply of streaming services, books and games. Nice fenced yard for the dogs. Two good sized tables and a couple of grills. Communication was the best we’ve ever experienced as well. We will definitely be back!

My family (toddler, dogs and all!) stayed at Lorri’s place over Christmas and it was perfect! My three year old loved all the kids toys that were available and the rest of us had all we needed in terms of space and amenities! The location is also extremely convenient being directly across the stress from Whole Foods and foot steps away from several different restaurants. Highly recommend!

A few of my siblings and I wanted to get away for a couple of days and came upon this cabin. It was beautiful, the cabin was just as advertised. Clean, peaceful, and had everything we needed. We didn't have to go into town for anything. Caroline was super helpful and even made sure the fire nearby that was going on before our stay wasn't going to affect us. We definitely want to come back and make this cabin an annual siblings trip spot.

Sarah's place was perfect for our quick getaway to Sedona! House is super close to multiple trailheads and the area is nice and quiet. Sarah and her co-hosts were always responsive, flexible and extremely welcoming. House was so cozy and the patio was perfect for relaxing after a long day. Would stay there again on our next visit!

Wonderful and quiet place to stay! Highly recommend. It has everything you need in the kitchen and bathrooms. The pool is perfect during the summer months. Beds are super comfortable. It is a very bright house; sunlight comes in most of the day. Bring eye covers if you plan on sleeping in or wake up with the beautiful sunrise!

This property was the perfect home base for our visit to Sedona and Cottonwood! It had everything we needed and more. The private jacuzzi was a dream after long days of hiking—no kids or resort crowds to contend with, just total relaxation. Highly recommend for a peaceful and comfortable stay!

My husband and I stayed here two nights over NYE. I booked it solely for the sunrise coffee views and hot tub to star gazing in the evening. The host had coffee and filters available in the space along with full size shampoo, conditioners and body wash. The kitchenette was perfect for a two night stay since we hiked and just ate while we were out exploring Sedona. As other reviews stated, the main house is adjoined and is right at the pool deck but we did not see anyone else while we were there. The main house living room lights did shine outside and what I would say was the biggest bummer as I personally wanted the outdoor area to be light free to watch the stars from the hot tub. I did relay to the host that blackout curtains for the main house would be nice so maybe they’ll get those put in one day. Otherwise it was exactly what we rented it for! I would go back, great place.

Dawn’s house is fantastic. Impeccable views. Great communication. Wonderful home base for trails, ATV rental, Devil’s Bridge, Sedona and the cool towns of Cornville, Cottonwood and Jerome. Two hours to Grand Canyon. Highly recommend!

Great small place ideal for us! Quick in and out for a few days in Sedona. Missing something to clean the dishes with and only one day for the coffee. The office on check out had a great display of Native American jewelry and pottery. Well worth the stay!

Great stay for a small girls trip! We enjoyed being so close to nature red rocks and everything there is to do while in Sedona. Place was clean, beds were comfortable! They had everything we needed. Also thank you for providing Netflix access for your guest! We were able to watch a movie at the end of the day to unwind. We loved it!

I highly recommend! My husband could easily work from home here and the townhome has all of the amenities that we needed! Another plus was how dog friendly the neighborhood is. Russ provided all of the information we prior to our stay. We plan to stay here again in the future!
