House vacation rentals in Cordova

The house owner very kindness and gave a lot of helf to us. There had a house caretaker who called Neil also friendly and willing help us. To the house, we had a bound of people joined this travel and everyone they all like this lovely and clean house. To sum up, it’s a precious travel to me and our friends the main part of reason because we lived in this house. Thank you very much🌹🌹🌹

We enjoyed our stay at Connie’s place. Located in a safe neighborhood and close enough to local stores for food and necessities. Was what we were looking for. Connie was also very responsive when we needed her for a few minor issues

I stayed for a month to work and discover Cebu and surroundings on the weekends. The place is ideal because you can enjoy the swimming pool, the peaceful garden and the roof terrace where you can sunbathe or have a quiet breakfast. Nearby is a shopping center where you can eat, drink and do groceries. Of course, there are street vendors everywhere where you can get local food and fruit. The supermarket is useful for products such as water, sunscreen etc. The location itself is a bit far from the ceuntrum of Cebu, but within 30 minutes you are in the city (with Grab you ordered taxi and food, in front of your own door). The internet was good enough to have meetings and there was a desk where I could sit and work. Pierre and Nelia were very helpful and friendly and gave tips on what to do. Her family members were also very helpful and if I needed anything they were there for me. I look back on the stay with great pleasure and would book again next year.

A great place for family Gathering 🫶

It was a great experience here in Villa Amare. The house was very spacious and clean, perfect for our family gathering. The pool was a huge hit for kids and adults alike. We enjoyed the karaoke and relaxing in the outdoor area. The kitchen was ultra modern and very well equipped. The bedrooms were comfortable and clean. The staff and guard were very helpful. There are supermarkets and plenty of restaurants near the location. We had a wonderful time and would definitely stay here again. Highly recommended !!!

The couple was nice and very friendly. They even brought a bluetooth speaker with mic, telling us we wer the first users. I would definitely recommend this place and I hope to come here again in the near future. Kudos to the couple and the people there.

I stayed in Avida 3 times before but Marexe place is the best one yet, its clean, its easily accessible, private, tidy and comfy. I would highly recommend Marexe place to anyone who is visiting Cebu, its best condo i have stayed so far in whole of Cebu

I definitely recommend this place! Perfect for family and friends getaway to Cebu City. The place can be easily located. Our Grab Car ride brought us directly to ma'am Laarni's house. It is also located near SM Seaside. The place is also safe, clean, and air-conditioned. Wifi and toiletries were provided. The hosts were friendly, they even invited my companions for an uphill walk to view the city of Cebu. They were also kind enough to allow us to leave our bags in their place after our checkout.

Wow this place was absolutely wonderful. Super fast WiFi, super comfortable bed, and the AC was top notch. The host was very responsive and he place was super clean. Definitely worth it. There is a great laundry service downstairs, and lots of places to go in the area. A 7-11 across the street and it’s easy to book a grab. Thank you so much Mark.

We originally booked another Airbnb in Cebu, but it was in poor condition. Thankfully, we found this beautiful place and reached out to Yen at 9 PM. She responded immediately and made sure everything was ready for us to check in that same night. The apartment itself is absolutely stunning – spacious, spotless, and incredibly comfortable. It’s also in a prime location, within walking distance to dive clubs, grocery stores, and restaurants (we easily walked everywhere). The two balconies are a perfect spot to unwind in the evening, with a fantastic view to enjoy. Yen is extremely responsive as well as incredibly warm and welcoming. I highly recommend this Airbnb to anyone visiting Cebu!

This place is truly a hidden gem! We were pleasantly surprised by how spacious and comfortable it is. The modern and clean design created a relaxing atmosphere, making our stay even more enjoyable. The beds were spotless and incredibly cozy, and each room was generously sized with its own bathroom—such a great convenience! We also appreciated the thoughtful freebies, which added an extra touch to our experience. The host was exceptionally accommodating, even waiting for us upon check-in despite our late arrival due to traffic. They also kindly granted our request for a late checkout, allowing us to make the most of our time before our evening flight. I highly recommend this place, especially for big families. It’s absolutely worth every penny, and we would love to stay here again!

We enjoyed our stay at the apartment, it's close to the airport and very easy to travel around.

As first time guests of Glenda’s place, I’d say we were very satisfied. The place was located in a subdivision with really responsible security personnel, so you know you are safe. It was peaceful and quiet. The place is full of CCTV’s. Kitchen was the best part of the house. Glenda as a host is 10/10- very responsive and considerate. We had some special requests and she was so considerate to allow us. Ann, the keeper of the house is also very responsive and checks on you from time to time. Will definitely book again :)

We made a last minute booking and Ms. Syvel is very responsive and so easy to deal with. The caretakers and guards were very friendly and helpful too. My family and I had a pleasant stay all in all. thank you po.

Very nice and clean place. Everything was according to the description. Evelyn was vey helpful and gave us good tips where to go and what to see. Felt very good and secured. Plus the airport is nearby- only 10min drive- so that was also very helpful. Highly recommended!:)

The place was awesome. Checked in for 2 nights with no problem. It is situated inside a subdivision and its on a dead end. Had a bar with barbecue grill. Parking space for a car is available. Rooms can accomodate around 8 pax with a aircon in every room. Aircon in the sala is not working when we went there. Internet is good. Water was not a problem although host told me that they have some issues with tge supply. We enjoyed our stay in this humble home. Will definitely return. By the way planes can be heard most of the time here but we dont have any issues for it.

Hands down the best. Beautiful place and it was really comfortable. It felt like home. Will definitely come back here if ever I'm in Cebu and will surely look at this host's listing first if it ever coincides with the places I will visit.

Amazingly spotless and well organized! We arrived late in the evening and still a quick check in. Great communication and very helpful. Don’t be intimidated by the neighborhood, very friendly neighbors say hello! Also if you hear the Taho guy come by in the morning, grab a glass and buy some for breakfast, very good! Very comfortable space even with 11 people!
