House vacation rentals in Cebu

Sofia's house is peaceful, safe and beautiful. There is a massage shop, a laundry shop, a fruit shop, and a delicious grilled chicken restaurant nearby. The best of them is the kindness and warmth of the owner David. He put the left luggage in the accommodation and helped us get in in good condition by running the air conditioner in advance at the time of our arrival. I would definitely come back to my Sofia's house on my next trip to Bohol.

We had an amazing experience with our accommodation. Everything easily exceeded our expectations. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-equipped, making it feel like a home away from home. The staff were friendly and attentive as well. The location was perfect, and all amenities were top-notch, and we were especially impressed by the pool. It was incredibly clean and well-maintained making it a perfect spot to relax. We left feeling completely satisfied and will definitely be returning. Highly recommended!

Our whole group was happy with this booking! Ma Veronica responded to all my inquiries. Towels and blankets were provided for all guests. There was shampoo, body wash, toilet paper in the bathrooms; shower had hot water. Kitchen was complete with placemats, utensils, plates, glasses, cups, pans, and cookware. There was a full size fridge, microwave, toaster, water dispenser, kettle, and even an ironing board. Big bonus was that the household help were accessible downstairs (guests stay on the second floor). They helped us operate the stove, iron some clothes (for just less than 20 cents USD a piece!), gave us the key to lock our rooms, and even accompanied one of us to the nearby market to buy groceries. We loved that across the street is a bakery, and the place is near the airport and the restaurants by Alona Beach by car. Also, her recommendation of Mark John S. Manatad for transportation deserves full marks! He drove us in his van for our stay and offered a country side tour. Bravo!

This is the gem The host is friendly and quick to answer questions. If something goes wrong at home, you don't have to worry about it. They fixed it right away. The house is really well maintained and you can feel comfortable. It feels like a luxury vacation home. Our family was happy while staying here. The bathroom shower has a filter on it. I contacted you the next day about what I missed when I checked out, and you kept it well. It was my best place to stay in Bohol.

Hiram's abode is truly amazing! No wonder why it's booked 100% 30 times a month❣️The host is very responsive to my concerns. There was a time when I told him about the problem with the kitchen sink and he immediately dispatched a repairman first hour the following day! That's 100% customer satisfaction🥳. Leizl (the caretaker) and her crew were still doing some " final touches" when we arrived almost around 1600H. They were all friendly and have vibrant smiles. She did a quick house tour, enough for us to know the basics around the house. All rooms are with AC, including the sala/kitchen area. The only thing that needs improvement might be the wattage of the lightings. I would say that there was something to improve on the illumination particularly in the dining area and bedrooms. Nevertheless, everthing is great! And oh, there's no bidet spray in the bathroom😉

Spent an incredible week at this home with friends and family. It is so quaint with pool and private access to the water, went to see beautiful sunrise over the ocean in the mornings and the incredible tide pools at low tide. The highlight of the stay was the wonderful house staff Jessel and Jaime really make you feel welcome and at home, they were so kind and accommodating I want to go back just to visit them!

The place was neat and tidy and the stuff in the house is complete. Faith is very accommodating in answering our inquiries 💗 We did not have a hard time to book grab from our location. The subdivision also offers a rent a car in which we booked for the wedding we went to. Overall we had a super fun stay! Thank you so much Faith! 💗

The place is a great find in panglao island. Very peaceful and away but not too far from the city and tourists spots. All your needs is provided and the host is very responsive and very accommodating. Perfect for a weekend getaway for your family and friends. Would stay here again when i visit bohol another time.

We really enjoyed our time at the wonder nest. The staff were super friendly and attentive. Airport pick up and drop off was super easy. They took us to wherever we wanted to go. The space was roomy with three villas connected together. The kids loved the pool. I would stay here again!

Our family had a wonderful stay at the Seaview House. Mama Rose and Bernard took good care of all our needs and responded fast to all of our requests. The house was super clean and you can’t beat the location being close to the beach…so relaxing hearing the sound of the ocean. Would love to go back!

Mary Grace's place was exactly what we were looking for. This was our second month of two spent in the Philippines and our first time visiting the country. Our first month was spent in Manila (which we also enjoyed a lot), and instead of just staying in another city for a month, we saw Mary Grace's place and went for it for something different. It's in the small town of Cordova, but it's also just a ferry or taxi ride to the city of Cebu. We really appreciated seeing a new and different atmosphere in the town of Cordova while also having a peaceful home to return to. We were able to go walking and jogging all throughout the gated community. We swam in the pool for the very reasonable fee. All the neighbors were very chill and nice. We interacted most with Mary Grace and Rowena and both were very kind, friendly and helpful. The house was just like the listing, and when we needed something that wasn't there, Mary Grace made sure it was delivered to us ASAP. Thanks for a wonderful stay!

We enjoyed our stay and the massager chair with the coffee espresso was our favorite. Almost everything you will need has been provided. I am thankful that Florabel and Ronah were responsive in all our communications. One suggestion will be if they can put a shower curtain in their bath tub since it make the bathroom flooring slippery. My mother had to be careful here. Overall, I will definitely come back here. We are a Korean family. We came with a 7-year-old and 6-year-old child and an uncle. We were very satisfied with the accommodation. We were very satisfied with the pick-up and check-out to the port and even the motorcycle rental. The accommodation was like staying at home. Good. I recommend it.

it is more convenient to have a car. since it quite confusing to find the exact loc. but the place , the host are perfect!

Nice and tidy. Place was compact but can comfortably sleep a family of 5 (4 adults 1 kid). Quite strong wifi too. As for the host, they were pleasant to deal with and very responsive. We liked the pool and gym too. All in all, we had enjoyed our time there.

Good place. My family enjoyed staying there because of privacy but no security. It's far from convenient stores, restaurants, beach so you should need to have someone to contact if you want to go to some place. There are 2 dogs which we enjoyed the company, but they messed up our garbage outside. There were ants but manageable. Overall, good stay. Thanks, Jenny

Our family of 3 had a wonderful month-long stay at Grace's beautiful bungalow. It's spacious, very nice and comfortable deck, well stocked kitchen, and Grace provides water, cleaning supplies, and toilet paper. There are lots of mosquitoes when it rains, and Grace provides mosquito repellant. Keep in mind this is a bungalow, so you will encounter some critters occasionally. We rented a motorbike and found the location to be perfect. It's away from the main tourist spot, but conveniently close enough to everything you need. Thanks for a great stay, Grace! ❤️
