Monthly Rentals in Coos Bay

I’ve had lots of AirBnb stays but I believe Mindy and Cameron stand out. They are very proactive in reaching out prior to your stay as well as being very available during the stay. I gad requested a small fan and they were quick to provide it prior to my stay. The studio itself was private, spotless and had night motion sensors to light up your path after dark. I really appreciated that as I arrived late and many evenings did not return until after dark. Plenty of fluffy towels, great walk-in shower and the most comfy bed!! Reminded me to replace my own mattress. I’m not a coffee drinker but that was available. Plenty of dishes and utensils. I had the provided microwave popcorn that night after a late arrival. Just a walk in and relax kind of studio. Soft throws available if I needed them. The night stand included a three-in-one charger which is a great idea. When I got home I ordered one!

Treated me like family through my entire stay! The absolute best, most caring people I've met. I will definitely be back when I visit the area ❤️

Clear instructions Well furnished, with nice bedding!

We returned for another amazing stay at Jan & Ace's Cottage with a view of the Bay and Bridge. We loved watching the oyster boats in the morning, sunsets and lights across the bay at night. Jan & Ace are very welcoming and have provided a beautiful, peaceful cottage. We chose to eat our breakfasts and some dinners at the cottage as it was so cozy and comfortable. We purchased fresh fish from Chuck's Seafood Market in Charleston & enjoyed dinner in the cottage with the sunset view & breakfasts watching the activity on the bay. It was a wonderful way to get away from our routine at home & look forward to another stay in the future. Thank you Jan & Ace
