Alejandra was very responsive to any questions or issues we had before and during the stay. She was also very flexible in working with us on the check-in and check-out time. I would recommend this apartment.

The house was huge, bedrooms large and bathrooms were as well. it was a very comfortable stay. if you have a chance eat at Yerba Santa for dinner, reserve a table on the roof for the view. We loved Mata for lunch and breakfast. This house is close to everything!

The place is just what is advertised. The beach is quiet, perfect for kids. Everything is very clean, safe and quiet. Jose was always on the lookout and there are employees at the place who help in whatever needed.

Sandra’s hacienda is a very special place. She is extremely responsive and welcoming, opening her home and her long family connection to it. The house has everything you need, with many different places to relax, including the pool, which is a wonderful place to hang out throughout the day. The grounds are beautiful, with paths to explore, all set in a sweet town. It’s all very unique, highly recommend!

A nice, spacious and comfortable house, fully equipped for an excellent stay and considering that it is a very large house the internet with a very good reception, the style is very own and beautiful according to Mérida, the pool is very nice and clean, widely recommended and at all times my host was helping me by responding and orienting me on any doubt. We had a wonderful stay. Paula was responsive and entertained different arrival times of our guests. A bit pricey but worth the location, pool, and # of rooms. Breakfast was included, which was a pleasant surprise and they were delicious.

You seem to be away from the city for the privacy of the very pleasant and enjoyable place. If you want to feel inside Mérida with a relaxed atmosphere it's the place.

We loved our time at Neil’s place in Mérida! Neil seems to have thought of everything you may need or want for a comfortable stay. It was an easy and interesting walk into the center. We loved the back garden and pool area. The internet was fast and reliable (I was working remotely and easily took many Zoom calls without connection issues). Would highly recommend Neil’s place and I would stay again on a future trip to Mérida!

Extremely clean, in the kitchen you find all the utensils and dishes that are required, you really feel at home. The decor is minimalist, very nice, immaculate bedding.

Magnificent place to stay. Impeccable and very comfortable. The host was very attentive and provided us with very clear instructions. The pool was clean and in perfect condition, as well as the whole house, which has very accessible spaces, I stayed with my 3 year old son and he was the one who most enjoyed the pool area. Additionally it is very close to the centennial zoo, as well as Santiago Park, which is a plus! I definitely recommend it and look forward to staying there again in the future!

Great home, it felt like it was my own very comfortable. The views from the top floor were amazing. Every bedroom had its own amazing spacious bathroom. The A/C units all worked well and kept us nice and cool while we slept as well during the day when it was at its hottest outside. It felt like a little oasis in the middle of the city, the swimming pool was nice and cool perfect for those hot days. The location of the home is perfect, everything you need is within walking distance. The host was very attentive to any messages and questions.I would definitely recommend this place to anyone with a large family.

Casa Santiago is a true oasis that our family enjoyed to the fullest. Benjamin's communication was always timely and easy-going and he gave us a thorough tour when we arrived to ensure we knew how to work the washing machine and refill the water tank, etc. The house is lovely, the courtyard is stunning day and night, the pool provides a welcome respite on hot afternoons, and the kitchen is well stocked with everything you need to make a great meal. We also really appreciated the finer details like the welcome flowers, fruit bowl, and beverages as well as the separate shower and pool towels. And finally, the house binder is definitely worth reading through as it has some great recommendations for your stay in Mérida, which is a great city and a perfect jumping off point for any number of fun activities!

This home is luxury comfort, offering a blend of indoor and outdoor living spaces that captures the essences of Mexico Yucatán living. The center courtyard has a great wall water feature creating a tranquil ambiance and all spaces have multiple ceilings fans which keeps air moving and the house comfortable. The three bedrooms are nestled on the second floor with two of the bedrooms boasting private patios. With 3 adults and 2 kids we comfortably enjoyed our stay with easy walks to the city center for amazing foods and shopping. Communication was great with easy check-in/out. The house truly has it all and we’ll definitely book again without looking at other places…Superb!!

Thomas's place is a palace! Perfect location close to shops, restaurants, and the historic downtown. Check in and parking were easy, and we received great support from the hotel throughout our stay. The pool and patio provided an oasis on hot and humid afternoons as well as a great hangout spot day or night. A beautiful place to enjoy an authentic stay in Merida.

The loft is a very comfortable place to spend a few days, and a 5-10 minutes walk from all of the places I wanted to visit. Flor De Maria was readily available to help with questions, and I really liked the fund design (and lots of plants!) in the outdoor seating areas. I would gladly stay there again.

The ideal place if you go with your family, the area is quiet and well located. The hosts are very friendly and quick to respond if you have any questions. And they left us a welcome bottle of water 💖
