Cabin vacation rentals in Congaree

Cannot say enough good things about this place, John is a great host.

We stayed at the Cabin for the UKC Tournament of Champions in Manning South Carolina and for our 22nd wedding anniversary. WOW!!! The cabin was everything and more than we expected. Everything looked as if the cabin was brand new and absolutely spotless. Mrs. Lesa and Mr. Russell were great host. If we are in the area we will stay at the cabin again. The host also gave us a great restaurant recommendation. Thank you for sharing your cabin with us

Thought I was in the mountains on a lake! The decor is very mountain themed but goes well with all the wood walls. The beds are comfortable, the baths are a descent size not tiny, and the loft is definitely for the young. We enjoyed walking down to the lake. There was an inviting burn pit with chairs around it but there was a burn band that weekend. Definitely would have been a nice evening to spend down by the lake. It is 14 min drive to a groceries store but there is a conveyance store at the crossroads for smaller needs and they have a grill with to go food. Restaurants we visited in Chapin were Zorba's (Greek food) Farm boys Barbeque, El Poblano's (good margarita) Dawn L

The sunset is amazing. The cabin is very nice and decorated. The neighborhood is very quiet and safe. The outdoor area is very nice, we had some problems with the cleanliness, some dirty kitchen utensils, dirty refrigerator and microwave with food leftovers. The cabin needs a deep cleaning. We needed to buy some things that we missed in the kitchen. The dishwasher didn't work, but they fixed it the same day. Jesse was very quick to help solve the problems and helped us with everything else. We were the first visitors after a long time without renting, so the cabin doesn't have everything we usually find in an Airbnb. There isn't much to do in the area. If you are looking for a very nice and quiet place, this is the place.

We absolutely loved our stay at this cabin. It was so clean and cozy and peaceful. No other homes in the area offer that cabin feel which is exactly what my family loves. I was so impressed with how nice it was and that it is pet friendly! We loved having our pup there. The neighbors are friendly, the yard is beautiful, the fishing is great, the boat was wonderful, and Stevie and Chris were amazing hosts. We went to fisherman’s Warf for dinner one night and it’s so close and the fun lake atmosphere we wanted for dinner that night. We absolutely have nothing but beautiful memories here.

Great stay. Clean, well kept, pretty views, and by far the best stocked kitchen (pots/pans/etc.) of any place I’ve ever stayed in. Hoping to be back soon! Side note: host communication here is great!

Jon's place was perfect. It had everything we needed. The boats and water floats were great. Very well maintained inside and out. So perfect having a boat dock right outside the door. TV was nice. Internet service worked perfectly. Neighbor is friendly. My dog had a blast.

Gorgeous setting! Everything you could ever want in a nature escape. Screened in porch a blessing. THE KIDS CORNER! 🤩 Kept my two year old preoccupied the whole time! Shorter distance to Congaree NP than advertised. Which was the whole reason we stayed.
