Kid-friendly vacation rentals in Condado, Santurce

Miguel's house was perfect for our trip, it had everything we needed. Plenty of living room and seating options are available inside and outside. The pool was perfect and we spent lots of time in there. The house is located in a gated community but it was very easy to get in and out of. There are several things nearby that you can walk to, including acai bowls & smoothies, restaurants, pharmacy, and grocery stores. There is also a train stop across the street from the gated entrance, we took the train to San Juan and then caught a bus to Old San Juan, and it was perfect for a day trip. The house is also only a 25 minute drive to some beautiful beaches. All three bedrooms, the kitchen and both bathrooms and living rooms were a very clean and comfortable. Miguel was very helpful and friendly to us, also Sonia was an amazing help during our trip, she was so kind! We were here for a business trip but we would love to stay next year as well. Thank you Miguel for sharing your house with us.

Steven was super responsive and friendly no matter what questions I asked! I got a little lost at first finding the site but that was due to us using our phone maps Versus Google maps or ways once he told us that we got there easy ! House was nice and spacious they even had a pack and play for my little one that was great! I would recommend again! Thank you!

This was hands down the nicest Airbnb I have ever stayed at. The photos do not do it justice at all!! Fernando was an amazing host and made the group and I feel right at home for my bachelor party. He was extremely responsive on questions, requests, and issues. 11/10 recommend!!!!

Alex & Diana’s place is perfectly center , the placita is 7mins away , highway accessible , beach near by & so much more ! Clean , spacious , beds are SOOOOO comfortable . Nice neighborhood & the local neighbors are friendly as well . I received my check in instructions bright & early the day of my arrival . Host responded in a timely manner & were very nice . We loved our stay & plan to be back 🙏🏽

I love everything about this house,and felt right like at home

This house was amazing, gated community which made our group feel so safe. The house was clean and beautiful. The pool was amazing. The small pool is not a jacuzzi though, but nice. Rooms were clean, nice and spacious. bathrooms clean, the kitchen is a absolute dream !!! Lots of room. I would definitely stay again

Ours was not a vacation stay. We are a local family that needed a place to stay while waiting to move to a new home. We spent a month and a half a JB's place. The house was spacious, clean and had everything we needed. We loved the terrace/porch and the bbq. The location was perfect and the neighborhood was quiet and peaceful. JB was a great host. He was always available to answer our calls promptly. He even checked on us regularly to see if we needed anything. JB's place is a great option for a big family, local or tourist. Visitors will find a good and charming place to stay at JB his place. We certainly recommend this house.

Nora’s place was perfect for my family and me. It was exactly as described in the listing. It was easy to find and the location was safe and quiet, this is my hometown and I know some places can be loud, which was a concern. The house was spotless clean and was stocked with all the basic necessities. Also, the house is beautiful and spacious. Nora, the host is very responsive and friendly. I will stay here with my family again without hesitation.

Manuel was an amazing host. We felt right at home. It is situated right in the heart of old San Juan. The space was super clean and spacious! The kitchen had everything we needed including coffee and water. We slept really well without noise interruption, and stayed cool with the AC. There was a power outage in the area, but lucky for us Manuel has a back up generator so we were not affected by this. Bathroom was spacious and there is a walk in closet to organize your things. Additionally, he was very kind to house some of our luggage after we checked out since our flight was later in the day. Overall would come back again!

Highly recommended!!!! Hector is an awesome Host.. I got there at 12 midnight and he even had left water for me.. Hector Place felt like home .. Definitely will come back!!! Thank you for making my stay comfortable…

Our flight arrived very late (3am) and we took an Uber to the Airbnb which was very easy to find and very easy to get in! really nice clean place in a great location! We were very glad there were parking spots out front as well. the AC and Internet both worked very well.

Location of excellent the apartment was spacious

The apartment in perfect in every way, well stocked kitchen with everything that a guests would need with very spacious rooms and a large bathroom and bedrooms. The unit is situated in a great location, great restaurants near by, very secure unit and in a safe neighborhood. The host was extremely helpful and responsive, if you needed something he was more than happy to assist. Definitely will come back and stay there on our next visits.

Shimmy was a fantastic host and the home was right in line with our expectations. We came with a group of 9 adults and had more than enough space for our celebration. We would recommend this place to anyone coming to San Juan!

Great place to stay, short walk to the beach and easy access to highway if your traveling the island. Steven was great. Looking forward to returning soon.

Myself, Mom, husband, 6 kids and grandson visit Puerto Rico yearly for our annual family reunion as my family lives on the island. We stay at the Marbella and absolutely love it. We enjoy the safety of the location. The pool is wonderful plus has a playground, out door gym and gated beach access. Clean, Spacious 3 bdrm, 2 bath apartment allowing everyone to have their privacy, plus a washer and dryer and a round bed that was absolutely my favorite. Everyone slept so good! So many amenities from inside to going to the beach, pool etc. plus a playpen, high, chair, stroller, car seat, air mattress. Perfect parking spot close to elevator. You have a views of the ocean side and the street side as this unit is an end unit. My only complaint about the Marbella is all the building construction going on and street noise. But the work must be done and the entertainment must go on so if you can get past that it’s absolutely wonderful. Thank you to our host for sharing your beautiful hom

If you’re looking for a great location to stay in Puerto Rico, I would recommend this place for sure. A lot of restaurants in the area all walkable and a lot of great bars in the area as well. Casino down the street everything that you would need to have a great vacation is right there, and also Airbnb was nicely capped very clean and looked exactly like the photos would recommend

Great little space. Close to many amenities

Javier’s place is in a gated community with a security guard and close to everything. His home was clean, comfortable. A smart tv in each room. There was always hot water and good water pressure. 2 bathrooms was a plus and the washer and dryer. I absolutely loved the two patios.There was a/c in the bedrooms but no ac in the living room. With the 2 patios and ceiling fans it didn’t matter. The kitchen had everything needed, except a baking sheet and pizza cutter.There were no cleaning supplies but the market at the corner has everything you could possibly need. Our only complaint was that it wasn’t easy to find at first but that was a GPS issue, and the parking spots were being repainted so it wasnt marked we had to figure it out.There were no extra amenities like coffee, soap etc you have to bring everything which we do anyway but since I mentioned celebrating our anniversary a little something personal would have set it off. Overall I loved our stay and would definitely stay again.

We had a nice stay at the condo. It is a nice place with everything you need, good location and we were able to walk and see all of old town by foot, was more affordable and offered easy parking options compared to places in old town, and finally the views from the condo were excellent! Ray's condo is very well located near Condado Beach, just 5 minutes walking. The bedrooms are large especially the master bedroom. All mattresses are very comfortable. The living room is very large with many seating areas. The kitchen is well equiped. Ray was very fast replying to my messages and gave us all clear answers. I surely recommend Ray's condo for your trip to San Juan, and Condado Beach area.
