Home was just as listed. If you are a light sleeper you will hear everything from traffic to roosters and dogs. Pool area was our favorite spot when not out and about. Everything is 15 mins away depending on traffic. We enjoyed our stay overall.

I had an incredible stay at this Airbnb! The house was not only beautiful but also extremely comfortable. It was spacious and truly a masterpiece in design. Zulmarie’s place was perfect to say the least . It looks exactly like the photos . Everything was nice and modern. I was even allowed early check in which was so convenient being that we got in an hour early before original check in and the apartment is about 10 mins from airport. It’s easy to fine and if you don’t have a car it’s very easy to get Ubers as well . It was close to everything. I would definitely recommend this place ! 10/10 !!

This is my first time renting a house through this app and this experience has been rewarding. My family and I enjoyed the visit. This trip was a family one and being in the Bayamón area was a priority; and this house was ideal. Orlando is a great host. It is a house with two bedrooms, both with air conditioning and a very cozy living room with a love-seat-bed ideal for another person. The room also has AC, which makes the space even more comfortable. We know the country's situation regarding electricity, and having a power plant was also important. Only one night of our 7-night stay did the power go out, and the plant operated without any problems. If we have to return to Puerto Rico on a family trip, I would not hesitate to return to this place. Thank you.

This place was ideal for our family of 2 adults 2 children. Location was middle point to all of our planned activities and was walking distance to a few restaurants.

Amazing place, good location and great value. Javi's place easily accommodated our group of 5 adults and 2 kids. All amenities were available as listed and everything was working properly (AC units, laundry, hot water, etc). The place was very clean and Javi was quick to respond when I had questions. The place is within walking distance to nearby restaurants, small shops and a super market. The surrounding feels safe and it did not feel loud, other than the morning rosters that are everywhere in the island lol. Javi is a great host was very pro-active about making our trip enjoyable the minute we arrived. Highly recommended!

This house is so beautiful. Pictures do not do it justice. You must see it for yourself. Juliet balconies open from the main bedroom to the open courtyard. You sleep to the sounds of a water fountain and local birds singing. Tall ceilings, this home has maintained much of its colonial design from the early days of Viejo San Juan. Check in was easy and we were greeted by our kind and welcoming host who showed us the beloved quirks of this home. Gorgeous artwork lines the walls. This home has been very loved! We visited in March and did not need to turn the AC on in the main bedroom. My daughter slept comfortably in the second bedroom. I don’t enough kind words to praise our host who was very communicative. I don’t have enough words to explain how much we loved this house and how much my Puerto Rican heart loved this home. Coming to the island for the first time and we managed to stumble upon this home has we will hopefully be back. Don’t think twice. Stay here. It’s magical.

Sylvette’s place was beyond excellent. The house is beautiful, spacious, clean and has everything we could need. It’s very well located, just 10 minutes from the airport, in a very pleasant and quiet neighborhood. The house is very cozy; me and my family felt right at home. Highly recommended.

We booked this location last minute & were pleasantly surprised. Jorge’s place was clean, easy to get too and just what we were looking for. Definitely a perfect option for those who are just passing through the Metro Area. My only suggestions would be to add an extra blanket & possibly change the shower head, as the water pressure wasn’t the best. I look forward to staying here again soon!

Gill and Gustavo were extremely accommodating. Their response times were very quick. The house was extremely clean upon arrival and the pictures don’t do it justice. The house is beautiful with plenty of cool indoor and outdoor spaces. The house was in a great location with plenty of places to walk to and a short uber from many other popular destinations. We had a phenomenal time and would highly recommend to anybody! Thank you!!

Very nice gated community! Vincent was very helpful with transportation support and communicated helpful information for us to enjoy our mini vacation. I would highly recommend this location.

Me and my friends had an amazing stay at Monteflores Property. Luis met us at check in and provided an update on every amenity in the beautiful villa. The rooms were big clean and spacious as we had 5 guest stay for my best friends 40th birthday. The location was amazing and private but very secure. The location was so much bigger in person and super clean which we loved. We recommend anyone with a big party to reserve with them you won’t be disappointed. Thank you again for providing an amazing stay and when I come back to Puerto Rico I will absolutely book with them again.

We had an amazing stay! The space was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. Everything was well-maintained, and the thoughtful touches made our stay even better. The location was great, and communication with the host was smooth and easy. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great place to stay.

Jesus was a fabulous host! He went above and beyond to make sure our stay was perfect. Even answering our phone call in the middle of the night when we couldn't find the home after our flight in. He always communicated and responded to our questions quickly, and even took the time to recommend some restaurants, grocery stores and attractions in the area. The house was super clean, and the private pool and outdoor kitchen area were wonderful.

Great place to stay, Looked exactly like in the photos and host was responsive. Close to the airport, 10 min drive to the Isla verde beach and 15min drive to Old San Juan. The only disappointment was that there was a power outage in the area for one night ( its out of control by the owner or host) and there was no generator or battery light in the stay. But the host was kind enough to refund for one night. I would suggest the owner or host to add an emergency light for future and also some additional linens or blankets.

Jose’s home was very cozy and the stay in Puerto Rico was amazing. The location was perfect and everything outside and inside was clean and exactly like the listing. Very excited to visit again!
