The apartment is as described. It is very, very clean and well equipped. Dieter is a likeable host and the handling with him was completely smooth and uncomplicated. We say thank you and maybe until next time.

Dealing with the hosts was very pleasant. They are very friendly, proactively ask (e.g. cot/high chair), are open to suggestions for improvement and have given us plenty of suggestions for suitable activities in the area. And there's a lot of that in a few minutes by car! Thanks to good weather, we were able to explore some corners of beautiful Harz, and then relax in the floor-heated apartment. The apartment is on the ground floor and is modernly equipped. There is everything to spend a nice New Year's Eve holiday in our case. The large room with kitchen and living area has enough space for games on the table and/or next to it. Definitely recommended as a base for exploring the Harz and relaxing in the apartment.

We had very quiet New Year's Eve at Annette's, with two dogs absolutely perfect. The location is fantastically located directly by the forest. The decor is simple, but you can find everything you need. We were received fairly both for people and animals. Definitely unbeatable for the price over Christmas and New Year. Thank you for everything!

Everything was good and just got in. The apartment was clean, spacious and well appointed. The location is nice and quiet. You can park well in front of the street.
