Benjamin came quickly to give us the keys for check-in, we arrived 2 hours after what was agreed due to a delay at the airport and was still available for us. The main advantage of staying here is that on the first floor there is a supermarket with Wi-Fi, a change house, a post office, a SIM card shop and other shops very useful to tourists. The area has private surveillance. The home is in optimal condition, similar to the photos.

It went very well. The place is right next to the pool which was perfect for us, we could watch our children from the apartment staying cool;)) And it's a pleasure to have a very responsive host. I recommend it!

A fabulous stay at Lars’ apartment. Location was superb overlooking the sea and the wide sweep of Orient Bay. Swimming pool was fantastic (and deserted), a convenience store and pizzeria on the premises with great supermarket, deli and shopping a 5 minute drive away. The apartment was everything we needed it to be, very well equipped and comfortably air conditioned. We will definitely be back to St Maarten and will stay at Lars’ place again if it is free.

We stayed in Anne's apartment for a few days between our holiday in Orient Bay and flying out home, we wanted somewhere conveniently close to Marigot, shops and restaurants and Anne's place was just what we wanted. The place was clean, equipped with all modern amenities and the sunsets were beautiful. Anne was super proactive in her communication.
