Monthly Rentals in Conch Bar

Our stay here on North Caicos was the best part of the trip! The neighbors were very friendly, and the beach was just magical. From morning walks on the very secluded beach to driving around the island to other beaches, the stay was exceptional. The home had a great view of the sunset and the starts at night. Holly even let us check in an hour early and left a very thoughtful gift for my birthday.

We had a great stay at Alith's place! Alith was very kind and quick to answer all our questions. The home looked just like the pictures—clean, tidy, and well-maintained. The location was excellent, with easy access from the main road. It was only about 15 minutes from the ferry and 10 minutes from one of our favorite spots, Greenwich Channel, which has beautiful, clear, and shallow water. It was also conveniently close to some of our go-to places. Highly recommend this place for a relaxing and enjoyable stay!

My wife and I stayed one night so that we could explore north and middle Caicos and not feel rushed on a day trip. Great location to do that! Near Miss B’s and a couple other local grocers and restaurants. Iona is very kind and greeted us when we arrived. Bottle creek is walkable which is nice.

I was absolutely fascinated by the breathtaking ocean view that greeted me every morning. The location was perfect, offering a sense of seclusion and tranquility. Jeremy, our host, provided invaluable tips and recommendations to enhance my trip. I am already looking forward to returning for another stay.
