This place is adorable and a great find! Lots of little touches went into it to make sure you feel comfortable! Host were responsible and easy to work with and location is great and just down the street from Colgate!

Marty is a lovely person. Norwich is a beautiful town. If you are new to the area, be aware of the lake effect and how cold and snowy it gets and how to dress, drive, and live accordingly. The house is beautiful and cozy. The village is walkable- even in 10 degree weather, with daily snow, I found it easy to walk to the pharmacy, pub, mechanic, hospital, and cafes as often as I wanted. If you don’t buy too much, you can also walk to the Grand Union grocery store as much as you like. The area is historic and you’re surrounded by mansions. The region has Amish villages, quaint hillsides, lots of waterfalls and hiking, and it’s scenic any time of the year. It looks like a postcard at Christmas. Marty is very responsive and the neighbors and residents are friendly. It seems that everyone knows each other

Amy Lou checked to make sure we got to the house fine. She made sure that we didn’t need anything once we arrived. Our stay was well spent. She was very accommodating. She was able to allow a later check out than she had listed on the website. That was very appreciated especially having a toddler that just didn’t sleep well the night before. We are looking forward to booking another trip to visit when the weather isn’t as cold.

We stayed at the cabin for a month and it was very comfortable. The cabin is extremely well maintained and felt like home away from home. The cabin is very peaceful, serene and private. Excellently located and parking is easy. Highly recommend.
