Monthly Rentals in College Station

I stayed in the apartment for 2 months. The place is amazing, very cozy, comfortable and equipped with everything you need. Location is very convenient, close to the shop and to the bus stop that takes you to campus. Jenny is a great host. She is super nice and very helpful. I had a great time staying there and would definitely stay there again.

Chase is an excellent host - he truly cares about customer service. I would gladly stay at one of his properties again. I appreciate how attentive he was. The place is good for a short stay! Washer and dryer are a bonus. I will say it does have stairs, so if you can’t get up and down easily, that may be a problem. Overall, a very pleasant experience. The neighbors below are very nice also.
