very good value for money with very good hospitality and very good communication. The only downside would be in the bathroom: it's not easy to take four showers ( for the whole family) with hot water and for the big ones, the shower is under slope. Otherwise everything was fine, at a really cheap price. Our hosts were very hospitable and the place is very quiet. i There is a beautiful and large terrace as shown in the photos but we came in winter.

Very quiet apartment, very clean, very well furnished with all the necessities to have a good stay, very good bedding, space, and very well connected with the train station 15 minutes by car to get to Rome, perfect! Maria is a very nice host and I recommend her place without hesitation!
