Monthly Rentals in Coconut Island

We had a wonderful stay at John’s place. The complex is peaceful, clean, and the location is fantastic! We easily walked to a couple of local restaurants. The condo has everything you need for beach trips! The place was squeaky clean, beautifully decorated with nice appliances and everything you need in the kitchen! The bed is amazing and it was so quiet we slept great every night. Pools and hot tubs are very close and also well maintained. We would come back and stay here for sure! Don’t hesitate…book this place!

We had a great time staying at Evan’s place. Great location to all the wonderful things Marco has to offer. Clean and well furnished. Pool and hot tub a great addition. Loved the screened in lanai.

2nd time here at this little slice of Paradise! Great location, excellent communication, and you have everything you need and more for the best stay! Beautiful location, peaceful, but also close to many amazing restaurants as well…or take advantage & cook at “home” and eat outside on the lanai with the amazing views! We will definitely be back!

Maria was a wonderful host! She was always receptive, friendly and helpful throughout the entire process. The unit was very clean and well appointed. We especially enjoyed the sunset views each night from the lanai. Truly a nature lovers paradise. From the lanai we saw yellow crowned and green herons, mergansers, snowy egrets., stilts, frigates and many more. I would highly recommend a visit!
