Condo vacation rentals in Coconut Grove, Miami

Peter’s condo was beautiful, one of our favorite airbnb’s, great security, close to the broadwalk by the beach, many restaurants nearby, and the check-in process was well detailed. We would definitely stay here again!

Estilia was a wonderful , responsive host. As I was coming in late, she had brought in a little dinner for me. Arrived on one of the last cold days in Fla and not sure apt was heated. Estilia had a little heater in condo and bought me a heated throw the next day. Apt very clean and uncluttered , but with just the right amount of needed amenities. Thank you for a lovely stay. Hope to be back.

Beautiful accommodations in the perfect location for us. We just wanted to be near the beach and restaurants and we certainly were. Couldn’t have asked for more!!

Lorena is the quintessential host! Her communication level is perfect. Additionally, she makes sure that everything is taken care of in the apartment. Great view from the apartment and very elegantly decorated. Also, has more amenities (appliances, linens, beach equip, etc) than one would expect. The furniture is very clean and comfortable. The apartment location is great with convenient access to the beach, pool, Publix and an amazing restaurant with great carry out, Patagonia. We will be back ! Thank you for crafting an amazing stay!

Hillary’s place was beautiful in an ideal location near the airport and within close proximity to downtown Miami, Coconut Grove and Coral Gables. The residence contained a full array of amenities and the washer and dryer were a plus. Accessibility to the building worked like a charm with the codes provided. My guests and I enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay again. It was perfect in terms of the bathrooms, living space, dinning and recreational features such as the jukebox. We enjoyed our stay at Midblock and found the apartment to be very spacious and comfortable, equipped with all the necessary amenities. The location is excellent, with a wide variety of retail stores and restaurants within easy walking distance. It was convenient not having to rely on a car, as we were able to bike to Calle Ocho and Downtown Miami with ease. Additionally, our host was very accommodating and helpful throughout our stay.

We have used this property a number of time. The property is always clean and spotless. The staff is very friendly, responsive and accommodating. The property is in a quiet zone with multiple restaurants and shopping nearby, All of this made our 3 week stay more enjoyable. Would recommend it.

I had a great stay.Add this airbnb. The home was clean and tastefully decorated. I really appreciate it the secure garage. And the location of the condo. It was perfect to walk to all the restaurants on south beach and and more. I would certainly stay here again, and I recommend you give it a try to.

Andrew was quick with responses and knowledgeable of the area. Place was as described and met our needs. Includes mini-kitchen which allows for small meals, but so many good restaurants are walkable from the location in Coconut Grove. Parking included is great for the rental car during the visit. Room swipe key allows for access to the parking garage for car and hotel elevator for the room.

Great location. Parking was a plus. We appreciated clean white towels and white sheets. Great size apartment. Host was very proactive. The best attraction was not being given a long list of check out chores!

The apartment has a breathtaking view, it is very comfortable and well located, easy to get transportation. Also Kleber and Hannah were very kind, responsible and helpful.

This place was a gem! We loved the park across the street (perfect for kids) and having a Publix next to the building was super handy too. The apartment was spotless (and I’m very picky with cleanliness) and the pool in the building was fantastic too. Lots of options of restaurants and cafes around the block. We can’t wait to be back!

This property is at the best location- right on A1A which makes it very easy. Beach is exactly 5 minutes from this place and you can see the beach from the bedroom, living room and balcony. Neighbors are friendly. Condo is exactly as listed in the pictures. I highly recommend for both the host and property. Completely worth the price you pay for

Super nice apartment with a large kitchen, super cozy chill spot! Squeaky clean and neat. The beach is a 2 minute walk out of the building with plenty of places to go and things to do around the area. The host’s did an amazing job and are very communicative. I wish I would’ve booked more days! Definitely going to be renting again in the future. Thank you for letting us stay at your Airbnb

Comfortable apartment with great facilities and convenient location.

We had a fantastic stay. The views are amazing and we loved both pools. Staff was very friendly. Claudia and Pablo were excellent hosts- responded quickly to all of our messages. Highly recommend!
