I had read a lot of FB reviews prior to my trip and was unsure what I would find, but my sense is that your experience depends a lot on the condition of the room (and what building you are in). We found ours to be very good. The only obvious issue was the door (and lock) to the adjoining room wouldn't close, but I chose not to make an issue out of it. The room itself was clean/nice, and the view from the balcony was fantastic. Shower good, kitchen good. I was very grateful to be on the Sorrento tower as opposed to Tresor, as there were many complaints that again the elevator wasn't working or was working really slowly in Tresor. We needed blankets for the pullout (comfortable) & staff brought them very quickly. Other observations: the pool area and gym are great. Beach is great. Music at pool is at times loud but we never found it to be an issue. All the restaurants on premises are stupid expensive, and a bit of a drag. Surrounding area just ok, but overall we were very happy.

Yolanda's place was the perfect place for my nephew and his friends to celebrate his 21st birthday - Yolanda was very accommodating and allowed them to check in early and was super responsive to any questions we had.

Alejandro was very attentive and helped with anything needed. Place was perfect for our stay. I would definitely stay again.

I truly enjoyed my stay. The condos were clean and neat and I was pleasantly surprised to see the amenities and little considerations such ice coolers, beach towels, beach chairs, and hot and cold cups. You truly gave me a great experience!

We had a great week long stay at Anastasia’s place over New Years. The house looks like the photos and would be great for multiple couples since it has 4 bedrooms and three full bathrooms. The pool and rear yard was where we spent a lot of our time. A++++ for the pool temperature in January. You must go to Sunny’s and the Osteria for dinner (both are close by) and amazing. Location is on a busy road but you don’t really hear much traffic noise in the house. We did have a car so it was easy to get around. Would recommend this house for anyone coming to Miami.

We had a great stay at the Villa! The house was exactly as advertised, with many amenities / activities and plenty of space. Communication and check-in were also easy. Would highly recommend for groups

This was the perfect place for us! Plenty of room inside and outside. Clean, comfortable, and exactly as advertised. Gregory was friendly, helpful, and gave clear directions to help us get in. He also checked in on us a couple of times during our stay to make sure we didn't have any issues.

We had an amazing stay! The location was absolutely perfect—close to everything we wanted to see and do in Miami. The home was very comfortable, spotless, and had all the amenities we needed to feel right at home. Our kids especially loved the pool—it was definitely a highlight of the trip and made for some unforgettable memories. A huge shoutout to our host, Anna—she was incredibly communicative, kind, and made everything so easy from start to finish. You can really tell she cares about her guests having a great experience. We would absolutely stay here again. Highly recommend!

What a fantastic stay! The property was exactly as described, and my family and I enjoyed a memorable weekend getaway. We especially loved dining by the pool in the beautiful outdoor space. The host was very responsive, and the spacious, open floor plan really added to the experience. We’d definitely love to return!

Our large group stayed the night before a cruise. We all arrived at different times. The host was great with communication. There was plenty of space for everyone. The cabana house is perfect for added privacy from the group. The pool and hot tub were delightful!

The home is beautiful! Unique decor. The pool area is surrounded by lush jungle making you feel like you’re in the middle of the tropics. The beds are super comfortable and the AC worked very well (very much needed in July!). There was some wear and tear on the property but we overall enjoyed our stay. The karaoke machine was a unique surprise! The hosts were very accommodating and responsive!

This was my first stay in an Airbnb place. I was not disappointed. The area is beautiful and peaceful, Urban Forest is a great name for this location . Me and my fiancé loved e erythema about our place and area. Our host Erick was great he checked in with us to make sure we were ok and to see if we needed anything I thought that was great. We definitely plan on booking with Erick again. A serene romantic spot for a couple and comfortable enough and relaxing for someone who just want to get away for peace and quit. The attraction like shopping, the beach or eatery most travel time fro. this location 30 mins

This house was absolutely perfect for my friend’s bachelorette trip! I planned the trip and had a hard time finding lots of options for 12 people where we could all stay in one place, so when I happened upon this house right by everything in Brickell I locked it down immediately. So glad I did! The king and queen beds made sleeping arrangements so comfortable for everyone. The Publix right next door was a game changer! We were able to walk to almost all of our dinner and club destinations. The pool was also perfect for a relaxing day on a long trip. The construction site across the street was only loud at times, but it didn’t bother us one bit! The host was very responsive and understanding. Would absolutely stay here again!!
