I had a lovely stay in this airbnb and Mayumi was a great host who responded quickly to any queries I had. Love the location and the place was clean, comfortable and provided with some thoughtful essentials.

Great little place to stay for a couple of nights. The unit is clean and well appointed. Geoffrey replied to my requests promptly and there were no issues. I would recommend this place for other travelers.

Wow, what a great place to stay. The location of the apartment is super convenient. Easy to walk everywhere including the beach for lovely swims. Overall we had a really enjoyable stay made easy by Jessica’s prompt communication. Also the apartment has a secure parking space which was really useful as parking on the street was tricky. The apartment is lovely and clean and very well equipped. We felt so at home there. Cathy and Kurt are very gracious and friendly and helpful and theirs is one of the best places we’ve stayed at. We cannot rank it high enough

10000/10. The host was exceptional, she was responsive, kind, and a delight to interact with. The location is absolutely beautiful and couldn’t be more convenient. Perth’s free bus stop is right outside the apartment, and there’s an IGA across the road that stays open late, which was incredibly handy. The area is peaceful, making it the perfect place to relax and unwind, yet it’s surrounded by fantastic attractions and restaurants just a short distance away. The apartment itself was spotless and equipped with everything you could possibly need. I would definitely recommend this place.

Jo's place was great. It was an easy walk to Cottesloe shops. The beach was about a 20 min walk away, but a very easy walk. It was also an easily walk the other way to a beautiful river beach. The accommodation is clean and has everything you need. It was very comfortable. Jo was very easy to communicate with, responded quickly and was very accommodating. If available, I will happily choose to stay at Jo's again.

Great location. Easy to get to public transport and walk to King’s Park. The apartment was spacious, lovely and cool.

Gillian is an excellent host with good communication skills and fair and reasonable with expectations that are in line with Air BnB standards.

From start to finish this was a great experience. we got a lovely warm welcome to this beautiful cosy apartment and an introduction to the local area. The apartment has all the local amenities you need, just a few minutes from the building, including supermarket, pharmacy, restaurants with the bus to the city centre passing the front door every few minutes. The apartment block on Royal St backs on to Claisebrook Cove which is a hidden peaceful gem, in a most beautiful location, with restaurants and beautiful walkways along the river. We loved everything about this apartment and it's location. Helen & Cian are wonderful hosts who looked after us so well. We can't recommend this property highly enough, it was a perfect end to our travels across New Zealand and Australia before heading home to Ireland 🇮🇪 Evelyn & Fergal

We had a great stay, cozy flat, there was even some food in the fridge for a first breakfast and we were also allowed to use the washing machine. The location is great, it is quiet at night, we felt very comfortable and can highly recommend the apartment.

Great little setup. Very handy location to get to Curtin University. Bus stop 50 metres away to get to and from uni, supermarket, takeaway or a lovely walk to and from these locations. All the fundamental cooking appliances, plenty of outdoor living and dining to enjoy the warm weather. Quiet location.

Imogen’s place has everything you need for a comfortable stay, a fantastic location with amazing restaurants at your door step not to mention the pristine beaches. We highly recommend this apartment.

Highs - The Apartment is awesome, feels homely, modern furniture, bedding etc, the real praise should be for the cleaner, the apartment was spotless! Could’ve done with sharp knives and things like a cheese grater but that’s a small thing, what was there was sufficient. Aircon is cold, WiFi is fast and Neighbours are quiet. Lows - Check in/out process is a shit show, from collecting the keys to getting to the parking to getting in the building, worst thing is, it doesn’t need to be that hard, get someone to reword the instructions, make them clearer, even better, change the system, doesn’t make sense and causes a hassle. Customer service is poor, if you’re a problem solver and can figure things out yourself, and you’re ok with system generated junk messages and no response for hours, or unhelpful responses that show no care, then it’ll be fine to stay here. Their customer service is best described as a transaction. Apartment is in the flight path so expect

Had a lovely stay at David’s place. It was clean and spacious with a nice outside sitting area. Easy access to a few different happening neighborhoods. I especially enjoyed the proximity to King’s Park.

Lovely accommodation set in a great area, close to beach and boat harbour. the accommodation had everything we needed and more. Superb hosts, very responsive and welcoming. Would stay here again.

Great location for Subiaco, city and surrounds. Very clean and tidy and comfortable beds. Steven and Irina were communicative and helpful throughout. Enjoyed my stay.

Gorgeous views over the Swan River/ easy walking distance to the city and over the new Heirisson Bridges with their lovely lights/ magnificents sunsets (we even saw the comet!)/ excellent amemity within the apartment kitchen and bedrooms plus highly effective airconditioning for the 40degree days we had!

Clean, secure and great location in Freo. The back of the apartment overlooking Victoria Quay. Easy walking to resturants including Gage Roads Brewery- busy but relaxed port side pub, maritime museum and 5 mins to Rotto ferry terminal. We had a couple of changes to our itinerary and Isto was extremely helpful, very accommodating and always responsive. Loved it.

A beautiful, spacious, bright and central apartment. You can walk to many interesting places in the city. Very well equipped which made our stay very pleasant. Highly recommended.

Rhonda and Shabi were gracious hosts. The space was very comfortable and in a superb location. The Nespresso machine made my husband's day! We were lucky to be there during the Fringe Festival and were able to walk to all the events. Zonty's the bakery next door makes the BEST croissants. It is easily walkable to the CBD in 15 minutes and if not the CAT blue bus is 200m away. Definitely a great find, I would recommend to anyone coming to Perth.
