Beautiful setting, comfortable bed, absurdly clean. The local pub is as delicious as advertised. Can walk to Yorkshire sculpture park which is an amazing destination

Great stay at Curlew Cottage, loved the home made bread and extra touches and the record player was great fun. Lovely stay for visiting Yorkshire Sculpture Park.

The cottage was warm & welcoming. John provided a generous welcome pack of goodies and was flexible and responsive to any questions. We really appreciated the beauty of the surrounding countryside and peaceful environment of the cottage. Despite it being a spring visit we enjoyed having the fire lit for us one evening. I have no hesitation to recommend Johns cottage.

Whilst our stay did not go according to plan on our part, Benjamin was the kindest of hosts and completely understood our situation. We would happily go there again and I will certainly recommend The Snug to my dog loving friends as a clean, beautiful, peaceful place to stay.
