Monthly Rentals in Clarence Park

We stayed at Francesca place for one night and thoroughly enjoyed our stay! We had easy access into to city by the close tram line and enjoyed the little goodies left by the host! Thanks Francesca, we will stay again soon.

Judith’s home was a perfect location for our time in Adelaide and she was an amazing host. It is always wonderful to stay in someone’s home who is familiar with the area and can make recommendations for shopping, dining out, and sightseeing. Also, as it is their home, they personally (and quickly) deal with any requests (or issues) versus a remote corporate property owner. The kitchen was fully stocked, there was plenty of linen for our use, and Judith even provided us Esky’s to use for our day trips. The outside space worked well for us to rinse and dry our scuba gear. We would definitely stay in Judith’s home if we returned to Adelaide.

Rachel’s place was in a really nice quiet and leafy location, close to the train and tram. It was super easy to get into the city on the train. The place was spacious and it was great to have a large comfortable couch in the living area as we were there for 4 days. The linen and bedding was really comfortable, and it was good to have the options of the overhead fans and aircon in the bedrooms. Kitchen had everything we needed, and was nice to have a little bit of milk provided to start. Definitely recommend to anyone needing a quiet comfortable place close to the city.

Hidden gem. Neat, clean and friendly, with care for all the little details. Nice to have a small private place to relax at the end of a day of sightseeing. Bus nearby and can walk to food shops. Ideal if you have a vehicle and don't need to stay in a tourist area. Highly recommended
