Monthly Rentals in Clarence Park

No faults with our stay ! Great communication from host, easy to get into unit , clear instructions. Unit is well located near a local cafe , 2 x playgrounds and very close to the Tram line. Extremely clean and well provisioned space - the photos don’t actually do it justice , the bedrooms and living room are bigger than they appear in the pictures. We had a great stay with our toddler and would absolutely stay again. A few welcome treats were such a nice bonus.

A nice couple of weeks in South Plympton, and host Francis was very welcoming and friendly.

Andrew was an extremely helpful and responsive host. The unit was clean, well appointed and conveniently located.

Chet was a wonderful host. Everything was set up for us when we arrived (cot included). Parking was easy, there was also a great park across the road for kids. This place was an absolute gem, worked perfectly for us. Highly recommended.
