Very flexible check in time. Booklet with reccomendations for restaurants/cafes. The bed was very comfortable, I struggled to get up in the morning! A nice little spot and the locals are very friendly.

Hosts were lovely. The rules may seem a bit strict when you read them, but as long as you are communicative with the hosts, they are lovely, and very welcoming to any daytime guests you may have - at least, in our experience. All you need to do is show some courtesy to them, and that goes a long way. The room layouts are maybe a little unusual, but it maximises on space and efficiency, and is not too hard to get used to. We would stay again.

We had a short stay at Lorraine’s beautiful apartment and would have loved to be able to stay longer. Very comfortable and very well equipped with access to a delightful courtyard garden.

A home away from home. Maureen was extremely accommodating, helpful and a kind. Made everything extremely easy. It was absolutely spotless and everything you could possible need at your finger tips. Will definitely stay again.

Wonderful, really nice and very hospitable hosts. We felt right at home in the beautiful private space and gorgeous gardens. Perth hills never disappoint not only due to its beauty, but also the kind and friendly people. Sally and her husband are wonderful people whose home is set in a wonderful picturesque landscaped garden. We wished we could have stayed a bit longer to get to know them more. Will definitely be back when next we’re in the hills on a holiday.

By far, the best Airbnb I've had the pleasure to stay at so far. My partner and I stayed here for 4 weeks to kick off a 12 month working holiday visa in Australia. The location felt private and peaceful whilst being close to public transport direct to Perth, and just a short trip from Scarborough Beach. The home itself had plenty of space, a massive comfy bed and a pristine bathroom. Our hosts, Fiona & Tim were always available to answer questions, give local advice and make recommendations when needed and made us feel right at home. We feel very lucky to have started our Ozzie journey here.

Diane was such a wonderful host. Very friendly, thoughtful and considerate. She made sure we settled in well and had everything we needed at all times. She gave us a very insightful overview of the place and what there was to do around Perth. If there was any questions or general enquires, she was only a message/phone call away and responded promptly. To me, she felt more like family than an air BnB host! We felt at ease and cared for :) would definitely recommend this air BnB to anyone who is looking for an easy peaceful holiday!

This was such a fantastic place to stay at the start of my visit to Western Australia. Debbie and Chris were exemplary Airbnb hosts. They are really nice and friendly and had great tips for the surrounding areas and for my journey beyond Perth. I was really happy to have stayed at their place. The accomodation itself is quite private, as it is the front part of a very impressive home. If you like historic homes, with high ceilings, antique furniture and a diverse collection of art you will really appreciate this place. The design of this wing of the house works really well too and there is a gorgeous verandah with a dining table that would be great to read a book at or enjoy a meal at, as it overlooks the leafy Hyde Park. The location is great as it’s a short stroll down to Northbridge’s nightlife, the Cultural Precinct, William Street and Beaufort st. I also really enjoyed Bar Love and Mainly Books. Thanks Debbie and Chris for having me. I really enjoyed my stay with you both!

Great location, perfect for someone's first time in Australia! The staff at the bar made the stay very enjoyable at dinner time, shout out to Lu the mixologist and crossfit queen!

I have used many airbnb properties. This property is by far the best I’ve stayed in. A very generous host, providing all the usual kitchen utensils, pots, pans bowls etc. and lots more. Coffee maker, air fryer, microwave, toaster, kettle, and single induction cook top. Shirley is also very generous with consumables such as bathroom products, milk, tea and coffee. The garden is a delight with plenty of bird life and a lovely place to sit. I now have a home away from home for whenever I am in the city. I highly recommend this property.

We had a lovely stay! The space was so beautiful and clean. It is located super close to North Freo train station and Leighton beach. Justine and Lam were responsive and friendly. Can’t recommend this studio stay enough 😍

Great guest suite with everything you could possibly need. Comfortable bed and pillows. Really spacious kitchen for a small apartment with lovely finishes. The outdoor area is so nice and feeling the ocean breeze most afternoons is lovely. Alana was a super responsive host and the home owner who lives upstairs and you might see on occasion is lovely as well. I was concerned with it being a downstairs apartment that there might be noise from upstairs - there is very little almost none. The soundproofing is excellent. Quiet neighborhood and street too. Really a lovely peaceful spot all around. I will stay here again!

Louisa's place was lovely - quiet, in a great location, comfortable, clean and nice welcoming touches, including wine, cheese and biscuits - which were all very much appreciated. Louisa was easy to communicate with and responded very quickly. I would definitely stay again - thanks Louisa.

Beautiful home, beds were like sleeping on clouds, bathroom showers were amazing, private spacious place to relax, really loved our stay here, highly recommend

We loved our time at Kay’s guest suite/studio. A highlight for us was having our own dedicated garden (which was very spacious), this particularly exceeded our expectations! Being 50m away from south Cottesloe beach and walking distance to main Cottesloe beach was also amazing. Kay was always very responsive and clearly dedicated to making our stay comfortable and enjoyable. We will definitely be back, and might utilise the train line easily connecting Kay’s place to the airport next time!

We had an amazing stay at Cherry and Scott’s beach house. Everything was exactly as shown in the pictures and they were both really nice and helpful. They even had a baby cot prepared for our daughter and some little snack available for us. On top, the location is amazing: 2 min away from the beach and the supermarket! I’d definitely recommend that place for anyone looking to stay in the area.
