Fabulous stay at Nicole’s studio in Leederville. Walking distance of great bars and restaurants and not too far from the train station to travel further afield. Very comfortable and well equipped studio and Nicole was very quick to respond and very accommodating with a later checkout. Would definitely recommend and stay again

We enjoyed our stay, we loved Cuppa for breakfast just down the street. It was very close to Elizabeth Quay, Kings Park. Lyda was very responsive and easy to deal with.

The location is perfect! Close to every place you may want to visit. The apartment is neat tidy and cozy. You will feel like you’re at home. And Karen, she’s the sweetest person ever. Very responsive and helpful about everything. She is very kind and considerate as well.

Check-in was very easy thanks to detailed instructions. Kasia was responsive and flexible with a request we made, which was appreciated. The apartment was well-furnished and had convenient parking.

The unit was in a great location & everything you needed was provided for. Richard provided detailed instructions & kept in touch to ensure your stay went smoothly.

I had an amazing stay at Lyda’s place with my family. It was peaceful, safe and felt like home for a couple of days. Great location as well, it was very convenient to get into the city and the neighbouring suburbs.

I'll talk about the room but first I have to talk about how Gillian have been amazing to us. She is a wonderful, friendly and funny women with such a beautiful soul. She is deeply kind, and helped us with everything since we landed in Perth. She want to make you feel home since the moment you come inside her place. Her appartment is quiet, cozy, and so comfortable. I had the best nights in the bed, I slept soooooo well. The bus station who goes directly in the city is in front of the appartement. Thank you Gillian for welcoming us as family, the backpacker's family !

We had a fantastic stay. The property was 100% accurate of the description and photos provided when booking. The property was a short walk to the city and plenty of transport options nearby. Thank you Lyda for being such a great host we will be back.

The place was very clean and just as described. The location was great as well, only a few minutes walk to a nice park and a grocery store. Cher was really responsive and ensured I had no issues during the stay. Would definitely recommend!

*** Fantastic location, homely clean apartment*** This gem was a great home-for-the-week while we were on conference at Crown Perth (only a 10-minute drive away). The whole property seems a bit old, but it is well-kept. It has free basement parking and is nestled around great eateries (coffee, Italian, kebabs, supermarket). It is only a 5-minute walk to the best playground in the CBD. Highly recommended as Alex was great at communicating and assisting our family to feel settled. Full kitchen, washing machine + dryer, comfy beds and bedding. We loved having breakfast on the patio, watching birds, and in the evening, having dinner overlooking the city. Thanks again, Alex, great stay.

Loved every minute of our stay here. The hosts were very welcoming, helpful and responsive. The location is excellent, shops and restaurants minutes away by foot and literally right by the beach thru the driveway at the back. Pool heaps of fun for the kids too. Great accommodation, nothing too flash but everything you need and comfortable beds. We would not hesitate staying here again and hope we will.

Our stay at Mark’s apartment was absolutely amazing. He showed us great hospitality on arrival, and was easy to contact if needed. The food he provided really helped us to get started before we could get to the supermarket. The apartment was beautiful, clean and so comfortable. We looked forward to coming home to it each day. The location was amazing, and it was very quiet for being so close to the CBD with a lovely view over lush green trees, and the city. The pool and the gym were also great. It stayed fairly cool, even on very hot days so we didn’t need to use the air conditioner a lot. Mark had a book with some great recommendations for restaurants and other things to do in Perth. We couldn’t be more happy with our stay. We were sad to go.

Our stay was great, the apartment was spacious, the furniture and equipment very comfortable, the view breathtaking, the surroundings very suitable for walks and sports. Good options for restaurants and bars and a Coles supermarket within walking distance. Good location for trips around the area. The property has very good equipment and is very suitable for living. Great spot to stay with a train station over the road and easy walk to East Vic Park cafes. Great, secure backyard for a dog. 2 rooms with doubles but would struggle to fit more than 1 person per room- someone would have to climb over as the beds are both against the wall. Would return depending on future price.

The photos didnt do justice on the house it was more nicer physically. The checkin process was very easy Lyda was very proactive and reaponsive. The chocolate treats she left us was sweet. The location is very central to everything including the airport. Was very convenient location for my family to get around. The neighbourhood is peaceful and quiet. Many shops close by including the big Westfield Carousel. The place was clean and spacious for my family. Will definitely recommend 👌

Had a great week at Sean’s place. Very modern, great space, walkable to beach, bars etc. great touch with electric garage door and parking, Ubers were quick and cheap to get in And out otherwise. Everything you need for a comfortable stay, quiet location. Would definitely recommend and stay again. Sean was quick to respond to any questions and very helpful.

Fantastic place, lots of little touches inc bar fridge with soft drink and beer you can purchase. plus little touches that made this very selc9ming. great for a family with a play room for kids and an exercise area for adults.
