Cozinha completa com geladeira grande 430L Panasonic, Wi-Fi fibra 1000 Mbps e quintal privativo com churrasqueira e piscina natural privada. Ocean front house - delightful view

Very comfortable house, with a "U" big front porch, spacious living room, 4 bedrooms (one suite - a private bathroom), 2 bathrooms, garden with barbecue equipment and garage for 3 cars. Built during the 50'ies, very spacious. It has been totally remodeled in 2020. You can also make a cruise on a sail boat which belongs to my brother, a very experienced captain.
